"While this hotel is 25 mins outside of Puno it’s worth the stay. The hotel offers clean & comfortable rooms with hot water kettle, cups/saucers, tea and a plate of heart chocolates to greet us. We had a deep tub for a good soak after a long day of adventures. The hotel is in the town of Chucuito which offers a couple of historical sites to check out. Breakfast was included and the choices were optimal. The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, and had the best attitude. They have a pool and offer sauna, jacuzzi and massages for a price. I definitely would recommend this place."

"It's a really great hotel very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and warm. You even have an extra heater. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a large choice. We stayed 3 nights and ate all the time in the restaurant which was really good. You can see the kitchen through its big glass windows, its super clean and all the food is freshly prepared. There is a large choice on the menu. The Internet is very good in the common space and there is a fire where you can sit which is so nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places we stayed in Peru !"

"This hotel was okay, but nothing to write home about. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We went to the restaurant for dinner and were not impressed. Service was slow and the food just mediocre. That goes for the breakfast as well. The selection was limited and the automatic coffee machine made awful coffee. No cappuccino available. Hotel is well-located, which is a plus."
