The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had a blast. Food was good but we didn’t manage to reserve dinner every day for theme restaurants.
Besides that definitely worth it

I really wanted to give a good review for this resort but it really is not a place I would go again. The rooms are old. The first room we had smelled like mold, the second was better. The staff is excellent. Very attentive and polite. Limited clean up done by the pool. A lot of spring breakers. I guess I didn't consider this when I booked. The hotel does not have room service. We had a great time but I wouldn't call this a resort. It's an all inclusive hotel.

The towels and sheets are dirty. The food is just ok. Noise level late nights into early morning not controlled. Not enough security for the crowd. Medical service $250.00,such a rip off. On the brighter side the view is beautiful, and there's a lot to do. If you're not looking for sleep and relaxation and you're okay with dirty linens and cheap liquor.....this is the resort for you.

When I seen adults only I was excited to see this . We seen more 21 year old kids and shows and things were more designed for them . Our ride to the airport dropped us off at the wrong terminal and we had to walk to the right one.

My wife and I had a great time on the resort. The resort is large and offers guests option when it comes to either going to beach, “party pools” or quieter pools. In addition, multiple food options and great customer service. Evenings offered shows, music, and parties. One thing to note is that it is 18 so you do see a lot of younger “adults” that tend to be party hard and at times create backups at bars and drunk behaviors. Not meant to be a negative and honestly what you see at all inclusives, just something to be aware of.

I love the staff, though I had food poisoning from a seafood dish I ate. I was in bed most of my trip. The gym needs better equipment. Up to date tv in room. The room I was in the screen wasn’t working most of the time. Over all I love the resort.

We liked the overall a**osphere and the variety of pool options. We didnt like that when we booked it we were told we would either have 2 queen sized beds or a king. However we ended up with 2 double beds. Not very feasable for a married couple.

The property is very old. Room had a smell throughout our stay. The bed, pillows and towels were used and old. The food options were limited and there was same food everyday. The one Indian restaurant served pathetic food. Staff was very nice.

Overall, great experience. All staff were amazing, always asking if we need anything. Pools were good, would be better if they had shaded areas in the pool. Rooms were good, dont really understand why there was a blurred window in the shower leading to the bedroom. Food was ok, food could be hotter and the cold food be colder.. everything was kinda room temp. They could change out the serving utensils lot more because all of the touching. And have a dress code in dinning areas so people would have to cover up their butts.
