- Nice Staff - Beautiful pool area -Comfortable bed - Close to a shopping mall

The hotel is beautifull. Rooms are nice and clean and smell very good. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect. Shopping, Cinema, Coco bongo, Dinner in the Sky and lots of Restaurants at walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel with a beautiful pool on the outside. Very good location in the city centre.

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

Soweit alles okay, schöne Pool Anlage, Gym auch OK. TV und WiFi katastrophal. TV Problematic mit dem Internet, sehr nervig weil viel zu langsames Internet, eine Nacht sogar total Ausfall. Aufpassen bei Extras. Zum Beispiel late check out bis 15 Uhr kostet 25 US$ plus 18 % Steuern plus 10 % Service Charge, Wahnsinn???? Und, Achtung bei der irreführenden Buchung. Weil, Gardenview rooms sind in Wirklichkeit zur Seite der Straße - also kein Garten vorhanden. Nur Zimmer zur Pool Site sind mit Garten etc.. Preise im Restaurant sehr sehr hoch wegen den zusätzlichen Steuern und Gebühren.

Have been staying here twice last year September 2023 and I thought price / value ratio was very good then (US$ 138 per night for two people incl breakfast) , now March 2024 this price has doubled (US$ 280 for the same) to keep it Simple this is overpriced IMHO

Hotel was in great condition. Adding the breakfast to my stay was a great idea. It was really worth it. Staff make you feel welcome.

Christian the Bartender was Great. The Girls who waited and Bartended acted like they were doing us a favor. actually leaving the Bar to clean tables and just helping other people because she didnt want to make a drink on the menu. House keeping Never brought new towels every day. We had to call everyday to get towels. Building was Beautiful. front deck was very helpful. food was very good Drinks very good. Prices were very reasonable. The area had No Beach but a short taxi ride. Would stay again.

Staff very nice, a lot of dust in the hallway due to renovation. Room in perfect conditions.

Very decent hotel with an adequate pricing despite the high season. Only glitch, the hotel has no beach so you need a transportation (ideally a car) and most beaches in Punta Cana are private so expect extra for.

excellent location. walk to restaurants. can kill some time in ikea. would be nice if they had roll away beds for small kids

Poor service!!! Would never come back here again. Room is small and the two queens bed is more like two double bed! The receptionists was rude and ******* charged my taxes for 6 people when I only booked for two! Unbelievable! When I told the receptionist he was like there’s nothing he can do and was not willing to compensate in any shape or form. The hotel also have hidden charges I booked for breakfast and they charged me for coffee. They said coffee is extra charge! What kind of hotel charges extra for drinks in buffet when I already paid for it. Super rude will never come again
