a good hotel a bit old the service is really good the staff is really nice the food is not the best the facilities in the rooms are a bit old

The hotel itself it lovely for the price point, however the once you go past the pool area, the other areas have not been maintained. My partner fell due to the muddy /unkept path down to the pier, then the pier itself wasn’t kept well at all and the bar they said about didn’t seem to be open or in use.

I was completely taken back by the quality of the hotel and the friendly nature of all its staff. The impression of the hotel from booking agents does it no justice and value for money you can’t go wrong. Wonderful hotel, the food was adequate and I have no complaints, only fond memories and so much love for Bacua bay and Coron island.

Stayed at Bacau with friends for 2 nights. Breakfast is relatively good. The wharf is a great place for drinks in late afternoon.

The hotel and service were absolutely amazing. They do need to look at their breakfast menu as its very limited. Other than that, everyone was helpful, friendly and we had a great stay. The location is also great!

The experience was great, everyone was kind and you are very taken care of. I would come back 100%

Absolutely beautiful resort in a perfect location. Staff are extremely cordial and bent on making your stay perfect. There were a few things that didn’t work in the room and the staff fixed them immediately. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast which found the food being cold (one day none of the food warmers were on). However, overall the stay here was fabulous!!

房間:每間房間都有一個小陽台，陽台看出去就是游泳池，風景很好。 環境:可以説性價比極高，房間離海邊很近，走過去2分鐘就有一個碼頭，在那裡可以看全景，我還帶了大疆記錄下了絕色美景。 服務:服務小姐姐們都非常熱情，尤其是Cystal小姐姐，會給你詳細介紹他們可以提供的行程，而且還有酒店的私人行程，可以自己包船出海，雖然不含上島費，但是你想幹嘛就幹嘛，買好食材的話，船上小哥哥還可以幫你做午飯。

在島上算是四星的酒店吧，環境算中等吧，早餐非常非常一般，沒東西吃的，接代前台服務員臉都是沒表情的，如果有的選擇的話，建議去隔壁新開的五星級酒店，價格差不了多少
