Hotel New Park

New-Park is located just outside the main town center in Pushkar, about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride. It’s quite beautiful and has a wonderful outdoor sitting / eating area. It also has a pool, but sadly we weren’t able to go in it because of our timing. The shower had good hot water, which was nice. The food was good, too. However, we noticed that the bedding and towels weren’t very clean. The bed felt solid as concrete and the pillows were quite thin, too. The hallways are not carpeted, so they and the walls echo and amplify sounds like music, conversations, honking horns, and even the telephone downstairs at reception. There’s often loud music at bedtime either from this hotel or from a neighboring hotel or hostel. They also have on-site masseuses offering a few massage options and are available to book at relatively short notice, which we definitely took good advantage of.

The hotel is reasonable but tired and in needed of an upgrade. Our aircon made the room hot and steamy ( almost as much as out side) and there we lots of things in our room that were broken or not working. Having said that the restaurant served good food and value. The pool was nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

A bit poor how they had arranged the furniture in our deluxe room, electricity with one tablelamp dangerous, loud aircondition. Had to change room. Second - the sun room - was a bit better, but not worth the money they had taken in advance...

In November 2023 I stayed in New Park. My stay was arranged by Grace India, travel agent in Delhi. Walking in town I slided and hurted and broke my little toe. The hotel***ager Mr. Surendra Singh brought me to the Mittal Hospital in Ajmer and helped my innall communication with the orthopedist, the radiologist, pharmacy,.... everything! After the first help at the hospital I stayed a few more days at the hotel. The whole staff was very helpful. I could enjoy the beautiful garden and cure a little. Also my second visit at the hospital Mr. Singh accompanied me and helped me through. As a solo female traveller I'm very thankful to him and the whole staff and also to the travel agents of Grace India. They adapted immediately my planned itinerary as I wished. I'd Luke to recommend this hotel to travellers who search for a nice hotel with good staff and a quiet garden!

Nice and very welcoming staff, comfortable bed, spacious room and great green area around. Food was delicious! Swimming pool is a plus. Location is good, 15min walking to the market. Unfortunately room was quite warm since air conditioning was running more like a fan (not making the room cold). It's something they must improve.

Upon arrival the staff where every quite & straight to the point for information, there was no friendly meet & greet, the rooms where spacious but dull. The beds are like crash mats with stains all over the sheets. The toilets are very out dated with lime scale covering anything metal, the buckets to shower with are perishing & have never seen soap, they need a good scrub. They advertised a snooker/pool table but when I asked for the equipment so I could have a game with my partner they told me it was for the owners entertainment only, all the staff have been very rude throughout our stay. The pool, very clean, the only thing good going for this hotel ***** with the mesmerising views of the hills, so An overall rating of.. 2/10

I been in this hotel for 1Night on 10th November 2021. Honestly it was a awesome place to stay in Pushkar. Hotel Staff is very polite special thanks to Mr. Diwakar and Chef Mr. Gajendra and ramesh. See u soon.
