Hotel 3 Bintang di Puteaux

Hôtel parfait , nous avons passé une nuit et la chambre était très bien ! Pas bruyant et transport RER à 2 minutes de l'hôtel. Hyper pratique si vous allez voir un concert à la défense Petit déjeuner très correct et réceptionniste souriant et accueillant !! Une adresse à retenir!

The hotel is good overall considering its price. Unlike the traditional hotels, the hotel is designed for long stay, with weekly room service for stay longer than 8 nights. The location is good, 10 minutes away from the metro station by walking. The is a supermarket 2 minutes away, although close early in the night. The main problem of the hotel is that the air conditioner is very weak, not powerful enough to cool down the room even in the night. The room will be cooler if one open the window in the night rather than using the air conditioner.

On a séjourné 3 nuits dans cet établissement, on a chopé des punaises de lit sur le corps, des gros boutons sont apparus. Nous n’avions pas fait part du problème durant le séjour car on ne savait pas ce que s’était. Nous pensions que c’était uniquement des démangeaisons, piqûres d’araignées et boutons éphémères mais non. Une fois rentrée chez nous, nous avons été directement chez le médecin qui nous a confirmé que ce sont belles et bien des boutons dû aux punaises de lit. Aussitôt, on rappelle l’établissement pour faire part du problème, le monsieur de l’accueil, commence à être incompréhensible au téléphone à et s’inquiéter des commentaires qu’on allait mettre sur Booking au lieu de demander notre état et présenter des excuses. De plus, le rideau de douche est très sale avec de la couleur bleue dessus. bref la chambre 301 « nommée Henri IV » ne l’acceptez jamais y a des punaises à moins d’aimer les punaises. Aussi, le monsieur me confirme au téléphone que dès le 1er jour qu’on est arrivées il ne nous aimait pas ( à savoir, s’il ne nous a pas attribué la chambre à punaise exprès). à noter également qu’il a qu’une hâte c’est qu’ont postule ce commentaire et qu’il nous réponde.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Very cute, small hotel close to the metro. Reasonably priced even for the Rugby World Cup. Room and bathroom small but spotless. Bed very comfortable. My only fault was the small shower. Rugby playing family had a tight squeeze but the water force was strong. Breakfast was continental and very nice and fresh. Lovely staff and the big bonus was parking around the corner for €13 a day which is a major plus. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. Incidentally there’s a lovely French restaurant down the road…very authentic and great food and staff called Brasserie Le Flore. Again very reasonably priced.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

我們一開始預訂的是兩張單人床的房間，但是進去是一張雙人床，給我們造成不便。但是在跟前台人員交涉後，他們幫我們換了一個更好一點的房間。

We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

Mi experiencia fue estupenda , aunque tienes que saber bien dónde está En nuestro caso queríamos estar cerca de la residencia de nuestro hijo y fue perfecto,pero si vienes a ver Paris tienes que saber que está lejos del centro y a 10/15 min andando del metro que te lleva a la ciudad El hotel está fenomenal, la habitación es muy completa , cómoda y limpia las camas son súper cómodas Tiene cocina con todo lo necesario en caso de que quieras comer en el apartamento, además tienes un supermercado a dos pasos La única pega es que estuvimos cinco noches y solo limpiaron la habitación un día, no entendimos porque ya que cuando lo contraté no especificaba que un servicio tan básico no estaba incluido. El desayuno cuesta 18 € , nos pareció demasiado para lo que ofrecía Por lo demás, la experiencia fue magnífica
