The best hotel in Zhangjiajie ! The room and bathroom are perfectly clean, the room I stayed in was also beautiful. The location is super convenient, 5-min walk to Tianmen mountain depart station, 10-min walk from Zhangjiajie railway station and a direct bus from Zhangjiajie West Station. The receptionist answered all of my questions regarding the bus to come, the Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain. She was able to book all the tickets a a discounted price for me and gave me lots of information regarding the possible itineraries. When I left for Wulingyuan, she explained to me how to get there and where exactly was the bus stop. She always answered within the next 5 minutes. I had a really good time there and would definitely stay here again if I come back on Zhangjiajie.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming which made our stay extra pleasant. The hotel was easily accessible on foot from the main road that circles the village. It had plenty of food options around it. It didn't have a view of the waterfall from the balcony as our room stated a city view but there was a communal balcony that could just about see the waterfall that we could access. The room was modern, spacious and all amenities functioned properly. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Furong!

Clean and curated place.. the owner speaks english! Good to not see single use soap and shampoo in the bathroom. It's in the scenic area so have to walk 15 minutes from bus station, because it's a pedestrian area. The room had the river view, which means it's right in the centre to explore Fenghuang, but also noise will go until late. That wasn't a problem for sleeping, but the kids screaming in the hotel at half midnight were. Overall a good experience.

有停車場，燈光弱有點暗，很多柱子，進出要小心點。出門跟前台説一下，他們給抬桿，很安全。 門臉外觀有點老，房間顏色搭配也是老式的，但是衞生間明顯是近期重裝過，潔具都比較新，空調床品也都不錯，整體感覺矛盾的又老又新😂 住兩天，服務員整理了房間，換了浴巾毛巾。去岳陽樓五分鐘車程，空調沒開就到了。 唯一問題是和旁邊樓挨太近，窗外是倆樓間隙，採光通風都受影響，空調聲音悶在裏面沒法擴散，晚上有點吵。

We stayed here for our tour in the National Forest. The owners are so friendly and helpful! They organized everything for us. She took the time to explain everything even when it was so late in the evening. Otherwise we would be so lost because the Park is very very big. The room was perfect, cozy, clean, with fresh towels and the view and sound of the river outside just made so difficult to get up early in the morning! You wish you could stay in bed and listen to the river. We are very grateful with the owners and strong recommend to stay with the. and have them organized your days in Zhangjiajie. Ah and also the have good coffee to prepare you in the morning for a good price! We also had dinner in the restaurants near by which were also good and it is practical to have so near by good places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful — they assisted us in choosing the best Tianmen routes and gave us great advice on everything we needed to know. Their recommendations made our trip even more special. Before our departure, they also surprised us with a lovely gift, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. A big thank you to them for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and would gladly come back again!

Good location, 15min by foot from tianmenshan cable Car Station. Other than that most things have to get a taxi to get to (72qilou strange buildings and zhangjiajiexi station both about 15mins by car). The airport is very close and you'll hear the planes very clearly, but still managed to have a good night sleep! Nothing to complain about the room it's simple but it's got everything you need!

This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️

Liu Yan she is very helpful owner. Very fast response on the message via trip.com, hotel very good area and she help us booked taxi, teach how to use wechat,assist to have the meal. I very highly recommend to have meal at his brother restaurant which almost fews steps from her hotel. Room very nice and clean.I would recommend peoples to stay this hotel you won't disappoint.
