We have had an amazing experience, seriously we couldn't be happier. The staff (especially Niko) have been super helpful since the very first moment we got here, giving us the necessary information so we could plan our activities in the best way. Niko speaks English well, but if there is any misunderstanding he can help out with the live translation software. He has been very friendly and made everything he could to make our experience even better. The room is great, clean and bright - exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was also the best bathroom we've been to throughout China. The location couldn't be better, as it's on a quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood with no cars and plenty of restaurants, and super close to the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Thanks for everything!

I had an incredibly comfortable hotel stay, and the lady boss is very friendly. I was thoroughly impressed with the advanced technology of the 小度智能机 (Xiao Du Smart Device). The seamless integration of comfort and cutting-edge technology made my experience truly enjoyable.

My friend and I stayed here when we were visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the park's Eastern enterance which is super convienient. From the Eastern Entrance, you can catch the free bus to access Tianzi Shan, you can also take the Bailongshan Elevator that will take you to the most famous view points, including the First Bridge under Heaven and the Hallajuah Mountain. If you plan your routes well, it is possible to see all the different parts of the park by entering from the Eastern Enterance. The hotel itself is clean and has a friendly a**osphere -- we both felt very safe and welcome. There is a breakfast place just 20m down the street and plenty of options of places to eat during the evening, so you don't need to worry about being able to find food. There is also a small night market in the evenings where you can buy fruit and street food. The hotel can store your luggage for you so you don't need to worry about carrying it when you go hiking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about using the Zhangjiajie Eastern enterance.

Saya datang ke Zhangjiajie untuk melarikan diri dari percutian musim panas. Selepas membaca banyak ulasan bagus di Internet, saya memilih Wuling Shanshui Inn. Harganya memang tinggi. Harganya lebih 100. Keadaannya lebih baik daripada hotel bertaraf lebih 400 bintang yang saya tinggal di bandar. Sarapan pagi adalah bufet yang ringkas. Sarapan Cina, tempat letak kereta percuma, mesin basuh di atas bumbung untuk mencuci dan mengeringkan, lokasinya juga sangat bagus, pergi ke Taman Hutan Tianzishan, 10 minit berjalan kaki, dan berjalan kaki ke Jalan Xibu pada waktu petang juga sangat dekat.

A lovely stay at the Hill Inn. Location was great, easy walk to the ticket area of scenic park. Staff was very helpful with information we needed. A fun loft area for kids to sleep but will just make a note that because of the height and lack of a barrier at end of the bed, it may not be suitable for younger children. Our kids were 7 and 10 and they were fine. :) Thanks!

Impresionante b&b, la habitación es enorme, la ducha tiene muy buena presión, las vistas del puente son fantásticas y la chica de recepción es muy amable nos ayudó en todo y nos consiguió un taxi para volver a la estación de alta velocidad, recomiendo coger un taxi al alojamiento que sale por unos 30 yuanes o bus por 7 pero te deja a media hora caminando. Las 2 camas gigantes han sido lo más, de nuestros mejores alojamientos en toda China, gracias por todo!!!

Lokasi yang hebat di jalan yang tenang 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pejabat tiket. Katil agak keras tetapi itu sudah dijangka! Menginap di dalam bilik tanpa tingkap dan mungkin lain kali saya akan menempah bilik dengan tingkap dan lebih tinggi kerana terdapat beberapa pemandangan yang menarik.

This is first time in china for me, im very happy with host very warm welcome me and mom Host : very friendly and can speaking english , Chinese Location: Very good walk from Bus station 5 mins can find the hostel very easy, - Starbucks Coffee and KFC near by the hostel 5 mins it in front of Wulingyuan natural forest park - In main road at night have street food look like night market Service: Host service very good he can help me booking the ticket for 3 days, everyday we plan for our trip with him, he can tell the detail of the program for me make our trip easy, and he can buy the ticket cheaper than the counter, he can introduce for restaurant and order taxi to me, because i’m thai i cannot book with my alipay This area no have big supermarket only local shop around here!! The room not too big but the condition all good I hope will be back again with my family

Lokasi yang hebat di jalan yang tenang 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pejabat tiket. Katil agak keras tetapi itu sudah dijangka! Menginap di dalam bilik tanpa tingkap dan mungkin lain kali saya akan menempah bilik dengan tingkap dan lebih tinggi kerana terdapat beberapa pemandangan yang menarik.

The only good things I can say about this place are that it's cheap and close (＜10 minutes' walk) to the Tianmenshan cable car station. The place is old and not very well-taken care of; the furnishings look dubious; the bathroom is always wet; the reception service is lukewarm at best; the ”luggage storage” is just an unguarded place under the stairs next to a pile of cardboard. There's definitely better hostels in the vicinity.

The hotel is near to Cable car and close to bus station. Under building has convenient store and restaurant. Room are clean and nice. We are foreigners but the owner and staff are kind and helpful.very recommended this place👍

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are fantastic. It’s right in the middle of Wuyi Square and the pricing of the rooms are extremely affordable. I’m definitely going to stay here again on my next visit to Changsha

The location is very very good place; near Taiping walking street and Huangxing Square. The staffs are very friendly and kindness. Air Conditioner is very cool I suggest only one things that you should have a hanger in room because its very important to hang our cloths

酒店地理位置真是絕了。樓下肉眼可見一堆茶顏悦色，馬路對面就是公交新村粉店和超級文和友，樓下一邊是坡子街一邊是太平老街，500米處就是五一廣場國金中心黃興路步行街，往江邊走是杜甫江閣，去省博開福寺橘子洲嶽麓山打車都在十塊錢以內，坐地鐵也算方便。酒店房間乾淨，面積大，風格時尚，床品舒適，還貼心地配了耳塞和一次性馬桶墊，住的七樓本來擔心會吵，但事實上22點之後嚴控噪音馬路上就很安靜了，在這個黃金地段可以説是性價比非常高了，很適合一家人或者閨蜜三四人出行。

前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，入住非常順利，裝修風格是我朋友喜歡的，酒店有個小花園，下午曬曬太陽吃吃零食和朋友聊天很巴適。另外房間大小適中，衞生乾淨，沒有衞生死角是讓我吃驚的！最後我們高鐵是比較晚的，也給我們免費寄存了行李，不用拖着行李去玩了。推薦大家入住，性價比高！

Senang rasanya datang ke Changsha dan tinggal di Wuwenxidong! Pada awalnya, saya melihat nama ini dan memikirkan filem Wuwen Xidong. Setelah datang kemudian, saya benar-benar merasakan bahawa saya tidak sesuai dengan nama ini. Tidak kira barat dan timur, sebenarnya, sama ada anda pergi ke barat atau timur, anda boleh menemui dunia baru yang berbeza (sebenarnya, anda boleh pergi ke kiri dan kanan semasa anda keluar, hahaha). Beberapa hari kebelakangan ini, saya memilih untuk tinggal di Changsha kerana saya tidak dapat kembali ke Zhengzhou. Saya sangat gembira berada di Wuwen Xidong. A great location with plenty of space. There was a fridge, washing machine and microwave in the apar**ent. I believe the office downstairs is manned 24 hours. I will certainly recommend the place.

Terdapat tempat letak kereta, dan pakaian boleh dicuci dan digosok. Saya memutuskan untuk memilih. . . Apabila saya tiba di penerimaan tetamu hotel, wanita muda dan adik lelaki itu kelihatan baik dan sangat sopan~ ***a hotel sangat terkenal, dan pilihan terbaik untuk perjalanan perniagaan~ By the way, terdapat juga dinding mesej. Bila datang kena tinggalkan tanda, saya pun tinggalkan mesej Ya, lain kali saya balik tengok ada update~ Saya makan kek plum emas yang disyorkan oleh kawan cantik dan minum Orchid Latte berwarna teh. ~ Cantik sangat~ Aku kena tinggal di rumah agam lain kali aku balik Changsha~~~

Ini sepatutnya simpati pelancong di bandar purba itu, bukan? Sejak saya melawat Gunung Tianmen di Zhangjiajie bertahun-tahun yang lalu, saya tidak mendambakan Kota Purba Phoenix, yang dikenali sebagai bandar purba tercantik di China! Untuk komitmen dalaman dua tahun lalu, saya sengaja mengelak daripada keramaian pelancong dan datang kepada keinginan hati saya. Selain jalan dan lorong purba, landskap sejarah dan budaya, terdapat juga Sungai Tuojiang yang jarang ditemui dan jelas di bandar purba Phoenix. Terdapat banyak cabaran di tepi sungai. Lantai kaki! Di balkoni rumah penginapan yang menghadap sungai, anda boleh melihat pelancong minum teh, berbual, dan terpinga-pinga di merata tempat! Bar muzik dan bar kopi yang tidak terkira banyaknya berselerak di kedua-dua belah Sungai Tuojiang, dengan pelbagai wajah berbeza duduk! Sesuka hati, saya juga datang ke bar wain dan kopi ”dari awal” di tingkat bawah di penginapan penginapan. Jika saya tidak minum, saya juga akan menikmati segelas koktel ”Godfather” untuk merasai adat resam tempatan...

乾淨衞生，老闆服務好，到停車場接我們，給我們拿行李，就在跳巖和雪橋中間位置，鳳凰古城核心位置，我們住的三樓，二樓的房間最好有獨立的大花園陽台，可惜定的晚了沒定上花園陽台房，下次來一定要住一下花園房，一次愉快的旅行

Lokasi yang sangat baik terletak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Kampung. Dikelilingi oleh restoran, bar dan kedai cenderamata. Cantiknya budaya kampung. Hotel ini mengalu-alukan kedatangan warga asing. Tandas moden, bilik bersih dan selesa. Terdapat juga bumbung yang mempunyai pemandangan bandar yang hebat. Pilihan yang bagus untuk pasangan yang ingin melarikan diri dari kehidupan bandar. Jangan lepaskan persembahan pada pukul 7 malam di bahagian tengah tasik.

Truly in a class of its own! The best place to stay in Fenghuanggucheng! Near the date of arrival the host, Mr Liao would urge you to add his hotel WeChat for check in information. Then he would give you full details on what transport to take to reach his place complete with a video recording of how to walk there from the tourism office. We really appreciate this thoughtfulness and thoroughness. It was such a sharp contrast to our other hosts during our 2-week sojourn in Hunan! When we asked them for directions to go to their homestays all they replied was ‘take a taxi’! On top of this Mr Liao and his capable smiling assistant Ms Chang went all out to ensure that we were comfortable. He plied us with Chinese tea, gave us tips on where to go, what to see and eat so that we could make the best use of our time at his lovely hotel. No wonder we decided to stay another night there (upon returning from Fanjingshan) after experiencing such great hospitality! The location of his homestay is superb, right in the ancient town itself but away from the noise. It was easy to reach and in a convenient location. It was also a short walk from the town where all the cheap and delicious food are. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in pristine condition. Clean sheets, comfortable beds and furnished with all the facilities that a tourist would require. Looking at the way he named his rooms with lines of poetry we sensed that Mr Liao is a well educated man and it shows in the way he interacts with his guests and how he runs his hotel. Kudos to you Mr Liao and Ms Chang. You both make excellent ambassadors for lovely Fenghuanggucheng!

客棧位置好找，門口可以停車，感謝老闆娘請我們吃香瓜，是真的好吃，大晚上的還帶了我們免費逛景區，芙蓉鎮夜景真的很美！老闆家飯館的飯菜也不錯，非常合我口味！雖然時間匆忙，卻帶給我們一個愉快的旅途！

老闆人很好 很熱情 到的第一天老闆幫忙把行李拿到了房間外面 還幫忙聯繫優惠買了門票 開車給我們送到了景區 玩完後又過來接我們 服務相當到位！老闆推薦的飯店也是相當不錯 味道很好 性價比高 最重要的是老闆説可以讓我們打包到客棧吃 空調還給我們打開使用 吃完了老闆還幫忙收拾 感動不得了 人在外地 坑太多 這次真的讓我對當地的風土人情感動了一番 房間更不用説了 乾淨衞生 很安靜 強烈推薦

Not far from the riverside, in a small alley. Clean, quiet, with a nice bathroom - although there's no shelf or hanger or anything to put your clothes and shower cream anywhere. There's an ”intelligent” toilet in the bathroom, but the lid opens up every time you get close, so you cannot put anything on it either :). Parking is a huge problem in Fenghuang, so try to arrange it in advance - the owner can help you, call them before you arrive.
