Hotel 2 Bintang di Putnam

Greetings, Once was booked directly through the hotel upon arrival the other was booked through this scam website that charged us 60.00 more than the hotel did. This is one of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed in. I travel a Lot! I have stayed in Airbnb, even camping is better. This hotels website posts photos of very nice, clean rooms and premises. It also shows breakfast and nice tables in the photos which is a lie. Dark entryway, smells like so many incense I couldn't breath, super creepy, no breakfast, no tables. We have never seen a place so dirty and in ill repair. The room was dirty (literally chocolate covered candy all over the floor, beef jerky there was chocolate all over the bathroom floor, smelled, and ants were crawling all over the floors, walls, bath. We requested the room to be cleaned again. The maid apologized and even stated the vacuums don't work. WHAT?? So she picked up the food by hand. There was literally no where else to sleep in that area when we arrive at 9pm so we had no where else to go. We asked for a refund and were refused. There is no way these rooms are cleaned or sanitized due to COVID restrictions. After the fact, we read the reviews for this hotel (my mom had booked and didn't check) and it is evident that this has been an ongoing problem for years. You'd think this room was cheap NOPE so expensive. It was the same price as a luxury hotel in boston we stayed at the night before.
