Hotel 3-Star di Lumbini, Nepal

Best option for the budget! I totally agreed with the reviews on this lodge. What I liked the most was the service that the owner provided me with. Super fast response and trying to help me as much as possible. This is not a 3 star hotel so you need to bear some unconfortable things (hot water and electiricity) but it will be managed by kind owner. I will definitely stay here again with my friends.

Room is really small, musty and unclean floor. I had to take a disposable cloth to wet and wipe over it. It was dirty. Since space is cramp, dont expect to put your luggage much, just to fit 1 luggage and 1 small bag pack. Like the proximity to gate 5. Other than that, it serves its purpose. Dining in restaurant is fine, food ok, so far no tummy ache.

The room is OK, it can't be compared with new hotels, it's quite old, but the service is good, it has a courtyard layout, the interior environment is beautiful, the tutu and taxi the hotel calls are reliable, you can store your luggage on the day of check-out, and you can also exchange currency, in short, it's very convenient, and because it's a Japanese-designed hotel, they also provide Japanese pajamas

Velvet Lux Hotel is nice place to stay, Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a issue on booking, they did not accept booking and payment from trip.com. They said the price shown on trip.com is not their price. I had to re book at the reception and paid £10 per night more. I don’t recommend this hotel,

The room was clean and hygienic. It was 4 kilometers to Sunori Port and 19 kilometers to Lanbini. The traffic was very convenient. The boss helped me change the money. It was very good. The room did not provide a water heater. I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I had to test it myself.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. It was conveniently located on a main road.

The facilities and rooms were very clean. I would have been happy if I had tissue paper and hand towels. Also, I think it would be kind if there was a guide in the room as well as oral explanations such as how many phone numbers you press to connect to the front desk. I thought it was unkind that I didn't have a leg to go to the hotel and arranged a taxi, but the next day the hotel checked in, even though the taxi turned back before we got on. Taxi -I was charged. The reason was that the hotel has a contract with a taxi company and the full fare will be charged even if you don't ride. I am angry that I was charged a fee even though I couldn't get on the train and that I couldn't tell you the arrangement when arranging a taxi. I wasn't convinced, but I paid half the taxi fare. The facilities and rooms themselves are very clean, so please communicate with the hospitality and trust that more customers will be satisfied with using this hotel.
