كانت تجربة ممتازة من ناحية الإستقبال وحُسن الضيافة والإستقبال والفندق ممتاز من ناحية الغرف والإطلالة على البحر ولكن الأكل بالنسبة للفطور ماهو بالمستوى المتوقع كان نوعاً ما جيد رغم أنهم فاجئوني بإحتفال عيد ميلادي وكنت سعيداً جيداً بهذي المناسبة ، وشكراً لإدارة فنادق دولفين بيتش كلوب من إدارة وأعضاء وطاقم . You are an excellent experience in terms of reception and good hospitality and reception. The hotel is excellent in terms of rooms and views of the sea, but the food for breakfast was as expected, it was somewhat good, although they surprised me with my birthday celebration and I was very happy on this occasion, and thank you to the management of Dolphin Beach Club hotels from the management, members and staff .

Our 1st visit to Sri Lanka and we were very much looking forward to our stay at Club Hotel Dolphin, upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our room. We were staying in one of the superior rooms on the 3rd floor, there is no lift only for staff to use so if you have any mobility issues make sure you request a ground floor room. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the room, however after a quick chat with reception this was quickly rectified. The pool area and grounds of the hotel are kept immaculately clean and EVERY single member of staff we encountered was super polite and friendly. Animation team work hard by the main pool every day to get you involved in the many activities but are super understandable if you just let them know you want to chill on your sun lounger. We were lucky enough to be there for NYE, and oh my word what a night it was.....absolutely incredible. The amount of effort that went into making sure the night was a success was phenomenal and honestly, it was one of the best NYE's we have had in long time. A huge thank you and well done to all involved. Food - now this is the reason I can't give 5 stars, whilst the dishes we tried were delicious it was always luke warm at best.....I know this has been mentioned to the management team and I really hope they listen to the feedback. I appreciate it is a buffet setting and there will always be a period of time the food is stood but even when we went for breakfast/lunch/dinner as soon as the restaurant opened the food was never hot. Such a shame as you can see how much effort goes into creating the dishes. Overall we had a wonderful week in Sri Lanka

We booked a villa and it was clean. However when we checked in the bathroom sink tap wasn’t working and the shower only had hot water. The maintenance came and fixed it but it was frustrating because we had to wait till they fix it. The breakfast wasn’t that great and didn’t have a good spread as I expected. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

We recommend dolphin hotel. Loved every minute off our stay there. The only criticism would be the food could be a hoter. The staff are amazing. The service is amazing. The pool is fantastic. The room was cleaned daily. If your going to book your trips go to the beach and look for Nipun F'do.

Staff are friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect , the food is amazing and the rooms are big and very comfortable you have a choice of the noisy pool ( there are games going on throughout the day) or the quiet pool which is nice and relaxing perfect hotel and resort

It was a great stay. It was a bit busier than our last visit but it's because of the Aurudu season. the most delicious food we had in a very long time. We had a really good time. Pool experience was good as well. Keep up the good work.Can recommend to anyone without a doubt.!
