Ulasan Phoenix Resort Pyeongchang

We like this ski resort, we return every year to ski with the kids. We will return again next year for skiing, but I hope the cleanliness will be better. 먼지가 너무 많았어요~~~~~

Quite nice overall. Very close to the snowboarding park. The only hiccup is that there are not enough food choices. Go for the most expensive room. It is worth it.

One of the better ski slopes in korea. Though the resort is relatively basic with just the essential supplies

Request the highest floor!!! Crazy ppl party all night and cant sleep!!!! Besides that all good

location was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel. The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s. Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts. Overall 4 out of 5.

The location is perfect, right at the snow park. The rooms are a bit old. But quite clean.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

성수기임을 고려해서 직원분들 고생하실 것 같아서 직접 컴플레인은 하지 않았지만 후기는 남깁니다. 우선 주차장이 너무 부족해서 로비 앞 임시 주차자리에도 풀타임으로 차를 대는 사람들 때문에 불편함이 컸습니다. 주차관리하시는 분들은 추운데 너무 고생하시는데 사람문제라기 보다는 이건 시스템 문제로 보이구요, 얼리체크인 한 사람들음 객실 정리 후에 알림 준다고 하여 오래 기다렸지만 결국 알림은 오지 않았고 늦게 그냥 입실을 하게 되었습니다. 입실 시간이 딜레이 되었지만 체크아웃은 11시를 지켜야 한다는 로비 안내데스크의 설명이 너무 어이가 없었습니다. 3시 체크인 11시 체크아웃 조건으로 비용을 지불했는데 왜 성수기 리스크를 손님들이 다 져야 하는지 모르습니다. 보통 이런 경우 바우처등의 양해를 구하는 것이 일반적인데 그런 건 전혀 없었어요. 실내 용품에 관련해서 니즈가 있어서 하우스킵핑 전화를 해봤지만 시간 간격 두고 10차례정도 전화를 해도 응답이 없었던 건 제가 운이 안좋았던거라 생각하겠습니다…….

오렌지동 2박3일 시설은 좀 오래됐지만 깔끔하고 가족들 스키타키 타기 너무 편리합니다 조식뷔페도 맛있고 주위 식당 즐길거리도 좋습니다 재방 의사 있습니다

숙소 위생상태나 시설이 많이 노후화 되어있었습니다 위치도 편의점과는 조금 멀어요 하지만 숙소는 넓었습니다
