從進店的第一時間就喜歡上了這裏，藍色的大海就在眼前，入住超級安心，酒店衹能成人入住，沒有孩子們的吵鬧，餐廳和泳池都非常適合安靜度假，海景房很美，浮潛也很方便，酒店的行李服務非常好，在我們搬至下一家酒店時，還提供了付費的車送服務，價格合理且服務超好，會再來的。

Öncelikle öğlen 2ye kadar bekletiyorlar. 14:00’da herkes check in yapmak için toplandığından kargaşa oluyor. Resepsiyonda ingilizce bilen yok anlaşmakta zorluk yaşıyorsunuz. Otele gelince yeteri kadar temiz yemek olarak istediğiniz çeşiti bulabilirsiniz her kültüre uygun yemek vardı. Denizi renkli balık ve mercanla doluydu. Çok farklı bir deneyimdi. Havuzu yeteri kadar büyüktü. Odalar 2 katlı klimalar yeteri kadar soğutuyordu. Alkol olarak yerli içkileri pek iyi değil fıçı bira tüketebilirsiniz. Tam pansiyon alsanız yeterli. Genel olarak keyifli bir oteldi.

我們住的家庭間比較舊了，沒有新裝修，但是衞生還不錯，並且免去了一個九歲孩子的費用。三餐飲食比較豐富而且開的時間長，隨時隨地都有吃的喝的，性價比很高。酒店內就有浮潛區域，有安全員值守，魚兒和珊瑚都很漂亮，超讚。

First of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. actually Hotel got a nice location with good rooms . however food is just fine on other hand you have like 300 step stairs every day from.room to reception

Very big hotel friendly staff very helpful . Fun at aqua park. Had a lovely standard room very big ..Christmas lights were beautiful..food was good lots of choice. Shuttle bus to beach remember to bring sea shoes as very rocky..beautiful views

Hotel is clean , staff are ok, food is not bad (not very good either) and the parties on the roof top are fun. Hotel asks Egyptian residents to pay an additional fees on arrival which was kind of bargain and unacceptable

I had in issue with check in process , the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is for European people with discount of 20% . So he asked to pay the difference I reject to pay any extra piece other than the total in my reservation. The check in took from me 1 hour I would not recommend this resort and I probably won’t come back to this resort ever

Отель в районе Хадаба. Хороший риф. Питание среднее, не все блюда бывают удачными и всегда несьеденное на обед превращается в новое блюдо на ужин. Однако в целом голодным не останешься. Старые номера, раритетная мебель,несколько раз перекрашенная ванна, но всё будет чисто. Есть шампунь, ополаскиватель, гель для душа и лосьон для тела. Тапочек, халатов, зубных щёток и пасты нет. Но в 10 минутах ходьбы магазин Манго маркет. В фойе у ресепшен банкомат, в котором можно поменять доллары и евро на египетские фунты по хорошему курсу банка. Рядом с банкоматом стол такси и трансфера - до Олд маркет 3 долл, до аэропорта 15долл за машину . Большая, зеленая, цветущая и ухоженная территория. Отличное отношение персонала и чистое море вытягивают отель на уверенные 4*. Но не более. Главный бассейн и прилегающая территория на ремонте ещё на несколько месяцев.

Achtung: Es heisst Jaz Mirabel Resort, dies besteht aber aus Park, Club und Beach. Preis war gleich, ob wir Club oder Beach Standart Zimmer buchten, aber bei Standart Zimmer Beach ist man näher am Meer und kann die Adults only bereich benutzen. Zahlt man gleich viel erhält man beim Club weder zugang zum Adults only Bereich und läuft jeweils mind. 800 Meter zum Strand. Finde ich eine verarschung beim gleichen Preis, vor allem kann man dies niergends rauslesen. Zudem war der Steg zum Schnorcheln erst ab 15 oder 16 Uhr geöffnet und hat um 18:00 Uhr wieder geschlossen. Man bucht Strandurlaub zum Schnorcheln und kann genau 2 Std. pro Tag schnorcheln gehen beim Hauseigenen riff. Essen: Abwechslungsreich, vor allem viele Desserts. Gefallen hat uns der BBQ Bereich (Fisch oder Fleisch). Getränke benötigten mind. 15 Minuten und wurden nur in kleinen Gläser zum Essen serviert, also mussten wir immer wieder neu Bestellen. Draussen konnten wir gut sitzen, nur war nie getischt und wir mussten zuerst Mitarbeiter oder Besteck zusammensuchen. Bar: Strandbar eine Katastrophe, viel zu viele Leute (aus drei Hotels) für 1-3 Personen. Keine Selbstbedienung an Softgetränken bzw. der Automat beim Snackrestaurant ging nicht. Wer morgens an Strand geht hat bis 10:00 Uhr nicht mal Wasser. Am Abend gab es nur die Lobby Bar, alles überfüllt und lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke, obwohl das Hotel weit weg von Ausgebucht war. Unvorstellbar, wenn man bedenkt dass noch viele Gäste kommen könnten! Getränke naja Snackrestaurant: Es gab eins am Strand und eins auf der Gegenüberliegenden Seite. Beide servierten genau das gleiche. Und ganz klar nur Junk Food (Friitiertes und Brote)! Wo ist da die Logik zwei gleiche Snacksbar nebeneinander mit dem selben Angebot? Weshalb nicht noch ein Grillrestaurant oder eins International und eins Ägyptisch / Arabisch / Nordafrika? Junkfood nein danke! Zimmer: Alles funktionierte, Reinigung ok, nichts spezielles. Nach 4 Tagen haben wir das Hotel gewechselt, da es für so einen Kurzaufenthalt ok war aber länger wäre es richtig Langweilig geworden, vor allem wenn man sich auf Schnorcheln und Schwimmen einstellt!
