Hotel 2-Star di Guizhou, China

We wanted to stay near the Anshun West Station for easy access to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The plan was to walk the short distance to the hotel & to leave our luggage there. However the minute we stepped out of the train we were accosted by runners who offered us immediate coach service to the falls & paid luggage storage facilities. Still it was the perfect location to stay if you’re planning to make a leisurely trip to said falls and a visit to the Anshun ancient town. The room itself was on the 14th floor & we had to go around some parking area to reach the elevator. However we had a pleasant stay here & the service from both husband & wife was good.

I love this hotel . I always love to meet the owners . I had a chance to meet a wonderful couple who really went out of their way to help me and made my stay stupendous. They are helpful and answered all my questions. One night I came back and I had some questions but it was dinner time for them so I interrupted their dinner.  They were so cordial ,  patience with me and answers all my questions. They were some of the nicest owners that I have ever met on a trip.  The location is perfect. It is just minutes away from the main street where there is everything from restaurants to dessert places to convenience store, everything . There are 2 ways to enter the side street and the one closer to bridge # 1 side, you can actually go straight past the main street , walk down this alley and reach the river.  The view is awesome both day and night. The room was incredibly quiet. WiFi worked great. Hot water was strong.  I requested cloth towel ( instead of paper disposable towel ) and Ms Fung the owner gave me a stack. I prefer cleanliness and have the garbage emptied every day and it was done :) .  I always like bright room and this room is to my liking . There are bed side switches. There is even a light on the balcony with 2 chairs to enjoy the spectacular scenery.  I spent 2 wonderful nights there . Thank you

環境不錯，配置也挺好的，前台接待態度也很好，衞生也可以，晚上也很安靜，房間大，採光好，周邊吃的也挺多的

My best stay in China so far. Comfortable bed, all light and curtains can be controlled from a panel beside the bed, the room was 100% clean and both the toilet and bath were comfortable. The location is extremely convenient for reaching both stations in Kaili, no matter of you want to go to Xijiang or Zhenyuan, and plenty of excellent eating places in the vicinity. In short, i could stay here again just for the experience.

The owner was there personally to welcome me. He offered me a choice of 3rd or 4th floor and I chose 4th floor. He promptly carry my carry on luggage up to my room. The room has a great view of the bridge 祝聖橋 and the cave/temple. This location can’t be beat. The room is tastefully furnished with pastel color cushions , 2 chairs and 1 table on the balcony. There  is building across the river but it was perfectly ok. During the day, someone in some bar or restaurant was singing karaoke or something but this is typical in China. The people love singing with a loud speaker but after awhile, you won’t even notice.  The hotel is only 3 minutes from the bus stop. I took the bus from the train station when I came . I arrived by bus , walked to the train station and took the bus. The owner wrote very descriptive instructions on how to get there. The ride is 2 rmb. On the return to the train station it took like 20 to 25 minutes because one side of the room was closed and there was a traffic jam. I have never seen so many boom trucks in my life . I saw at least 20 if not more. They were all working on the roof, the second floor of the building, etc. This place is just beginning to revitalize. Please be aware that due to uneven payment and rough pavement in the main street, you can twist your ankle so walk carefully and watch where you are walking .  There is mountain in front of the hotel. 65 and older pays 5 rmb for insurance. The signage is not very good but if you walk along the top of the fortress walk , eventually you will come down on the other side where there are many grave sites.  All in all, this hotel satisfy all my needs. I slept fitfully . 

The stay experience was excellent this time! The front desk service was particularly enthusiastic, and the check-in process was efficient and considerate. The hotel has convenient parking, so you don't have to worry about driving. Although it does not include breakfast, there are many dining options in the surrounding area, the overall value for money is very high, the environment is clean and comfortable, and I will choose this place again for my next trip.

The place easy to locate. Once outside the train station, can see the name of the hotel on the building. Also there are cheap public bus (no. 8 & 12) to go to downtown and the ancient city for only ¥2! There is a street food directly opposite the ancient city. The hotel receptionist YiYi is very helpful! A big thank you to her. Breakfast provided is also nice and it is located next door to the hotel!

來銅仁考試定的這裏，離考點很近，老闆真的很好，我朋友腳不小心受傷了，老闆還專門上來幫我朋友處理了一下，房間環境和衞生都很好，老闆家還養了一衹拉不拉🐷，超級超級可愛酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住

房間還可以，熱水龍頭很大，洗澡不錯，但空調不行，讓人失望😞，雖然是格力空調，但不知道是什麼原因，打開後15分鐘就跳出E1的符號，不再啟動，必須手動關機後，再打開，。我們去總枱報修，老闆來房間把插頭拔掉再開啟，並説不行的話再找我們，可15分鐘後又停機了。這時已經晚11鍾了，我們第二天要開車趕路，不可能再找老闆。但沒有空調又睡不着，衹能自己開關了5-6次，一個晚上為了空調折騰得無法入睡。格力是個品牌，我家也用的是格力，從未出現過這種情況，莫非為了節電有意而為之？訂房前我特意打過酒店電話，詢問空調是否能正常使用，回覆空調是好的。但入住後出現空調很不正常的情況，不知酒店如何面對客户？ 其次，停車場離酒店的距離很遠，且在負二層，我們停好車，手提行李從車道上艱難的走上來，再走回飯店累趴了。總之空調和停車場體驗的感覺太差了。

The hotel is very close to Guiyangbei station, which makes it very convenient. The room is also very clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint is that it was very difficult to find the hotel. There did not seem to be any signs, and I had to ask at a different hotel in order to find it. It's on the 12th floor, and you have to take the elevator to that floor to check in. Additionally, despite being listed as having a 24hr front desk, there was no one at the front desk when I had to check out early to catch my train.
