Hotel Four Points di Qingdao

Rating the Facilities a 1/5 because THERE IS NO LAUNDRY ROOM AS ADVERTISED. Every other aspect of this hotel is great. The location is maybe a little far away from everything, and inconvenient unless you want to be a close car ride away from Qingdao's airport, but it really is a great hotel. Extremely welcoming and attentive staff - one concierge saw that I was struggling with Mandarin and offered to help me check in my reservation in English, even, but when I asked about using their laundry room I was informed, very politely, that this hotel does not have a laundry room on site for guest's use. I want to reiterate, the staff was very polite and attentive, and they offered to help me have my laundry washed by their laundry service, which they do provide for the usual fee charged by hotels, but I booked this hotel specifically because their Trip.com listing led me to believe their hotel had a laundry room for their guests. This is not the fault of the staff working at the hotel, this is a managerial issue. The cleanliness and comfort of the actual room itself was excellent, nothing to complain about there. Highly recommend this hotel, just don't make the same mistake I did and book a room expecting to be able to wash your own laundry.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel experience! The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was soft and pristine, the room was completely odor-free, and even the air conditioning vents were spotless. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure and a consistent temperature, and there was a great variety of TV channels. The staff were incredibly professional and polite; they spoke softly and always knocked before entering to clean, showing tremendous respect for guests. Absolutely wonderful!

At almost 11 o'clock that night, I suddenly found that the meeting materials for the next day had not been printed yet. I sent a message to Eric with a try-it-out mentality. Unexpectedly, he arranged it immediately without saying a word. A few minutes later, the materials were delivered to the door of the room by a robot, and even the folder was thoughtfully packed. At that moment, I really felt that it was not just staying in a hotel, but more like having a ”secretary” who was always online. Thumbs up for their professionalism and efficiency! Highly recommended to every friend with business needs, this hotel is a safe choice on the road!
