Suite room is spacious and tidy, amenities r generous, but the one of the motorised curtains is not working. Generally still satisfied.

The hotel is Modern and new, however the lobby and dining areas were very cold. Dinner buffet was affordable and satisfactory.

Smooth check in with Annie , she was very friendly and welcoming. We were assisted with our luggage from the reception to our room. The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing with variety of food. We had the Dinner also and it was amazing.

hotel was perfect! but it was way too far from my weekend destination. spent some extra time on the metro. enjoyed the fabulous room and bathtub. super friendly and helpful staff.

A big thank you to Freda Cui and Sophia for giving excellent service. We were very happy with our stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent and will definitely come again soon. Very clean and welcoming service. Please make sure the coffee machine is also working dinner time. Service I will give 10/10

My daughter and I took a bike trip around Huangdao and stayed at The Westin. The location is good, and is right across from a ***** with various restaurants. The hotel breakfast was varied and very good as well. My only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until 11am, which doesn't leave time to swim in the morning before a 12pm check out.

The buffet at this hotel is always great but they found stupid reasons to use up my deposit when I left the hotel, which effected my overall experience of my stay there.
