"不愛拍照，房間跟網上的一樣，完全沒有修圖。
臨海別墅，為了除濕空調是一直不關的，所以床品非常舒適，完全沒有潮的感覺，房間打掃的很乾凈，床品也非常乾淨，空調給力，長者會有點涼，夏天帶件外套來好一些，連住了兩天，早餐清淡可口，菜很好吃，整體體驗感完全不輸星級酒店。
管家姐姐的服務禮貌周到，不會過分熱情，也不會冷漠。
負一層有桌球桌和麻將桌，小花園外面是海邊步道，小區繞出去有沙灘，晚上還去趕了海，海邊有人露營，有人放煙花，玩的時間太短，都不夠分配。最後説一句，黃島很美，城市建築很漂亮，自然景觀也很美，海風超級涼爽。"

"Sorry I didn’t get photos of the room but it is so beautiful and the hotel is really cute with lots of teddy bears! The food is great I’ve eaten in the restaurant downstairs before and it is such a cozy atmosphere. You can see the sea clearly from the bathroom and the bathtub is huge!!! The service staff are very friendly and accommodating upgrading my room and giving late checkout for free! 10/10 I will tag here again!"

"兩棟原汁原味的英式古典四層別墅，觀海大平台，傢俱都是海運歸來的十九世紀英國古董傢俱，牆上掛着主人畫的油畫作品。
我看了一下洗護用品是英國的Crabtree & Evelyn, 浴巾浴袍是英國進口，吹風機是戴森，茶包和咖啡也是進口的，冰箱裏的飲料零食很高檔，就連一次性拖鞋也是品牌，對於床墊舒適度要求很高的我來説簡直太友好了。
早上下去沿着海邊兒跑了一圈，回來吃了美味西式早餐，石頭砌的早餐區域廳古堡氛圍拉滿，上午開着車順着嶗山沿海公路去了青山漁村，下午回來店主小哥哥贈送了下午茶和小甜品，晚上喝點小啤酒，哈哈哈哈有點恣～
衞生很棒，一塵不染，推薦開車來，下次會帶朋友一起來。"

"非常有特色的園林建築，移步一景，一眼望去，遠處有山，近處有水，清晨晨光打在牆面上景色無限好，獨院式入住私密性比較好也比較安靜，趕上酒店大廳有活動佈置顯得比較有過年氛圍，酒店內還有漢服可以租賃拍攝，附近步行幾分鐘有滑雪場，滑完雪還可以去附近温泉池去泡湯暖一暖，如有機會會再次入住的！"

"來即墨出差，公司給訂的酒店，同事還跟我説這個酒店可能比較老但是一到酒店把我震驚了啊，前面有個超大的花園，環境很好並且阻隔了馬路上的噪音👍房間也是乾乾淨淨中規中矩，挺不錯的，中午有空正好去即墨古城轉了轉，附近還有個商場人很多買東西也很方便，反正打車起步價都到了，方便"

"去年住過的酒店。今年小童節孩子們的願望是看看大海，説走就走的旅行就此開始籌劃。
設施：80年代建築，歐式風格，設施略舊但保障使用，電視沒開過。早餐需要預訂，但是點外賣也非常方便，每天都嚐了不同的特色早餐，吹着海風吃着煎餅果子喝着鹹口豆腐腦真是愜意！
衞生：個人訂房最重要的考慮，因為孩子較小，其他各種海邊民宿衞生、環境不敢去賭，直接定在莫奈花園酒店，畢竟也有國資背景，環境衞生得到保障。
環境：交通方便，就在太平角一路，離八大關、二浴、三浴都是步行就到，孩子每天提着小桶挖沙抓螃蟹玩的非常開心。
服務：不是那種熱情洋溢的的服務，但是該有的都有，比較適合社恐人羣。提前電話聯繫後，給我們準備了4人份的用品，最大的驚喜是給升級了房間。"

"地理位置優越，服務很好。客房很大，很乾凈，也好安靜，工作人員很熱情，每個房間都贈送嶗山礦山水，這個是很值得推薦的，不像有的酒店，就送兩瓶水，一瓶水才幾元，好幾百好幾千一晚的酒店，你們就差這個水錢嗎？在這一點海爾山莊做的很好。還有游泳池，温泉，桑拿，桌球，乒乓球。可以附近爬山，沙灘遊玩一天，第二天在酒店休息，在酒店裡麪玩。要是提建議的話，有實惠的用餐就好了，比如一人在100左右得簡餐，早餐份餐在30左右，當然酒店的定位不同，針對的客户羣也不同，純屬個人建議。再就是酒店用水也很好，都是嶗山礦泉水，酒店森林率超高，負氧離子率前台工作人員説600以上，確實住的很舒服，比附近民宿個人感覺強多了。"

"端午節假日第一天來到貴店泡湯，房間整潔無異味，環境安靜優美。温泉水温度很好，各種温度的泡池都有，水很乾凈。早餐不錯，可惜衹顧着好吃，忘了拍照片，烤地瓜甜甜的糯糯的。青茶都是自己園子種的有機蔬菜，特別餐廳服務員王甜甜（圖八）的熱情服務周到，讓人心裏暖暖的。再有機會還會再去。"

KKenBarbie1337If you are getting off near West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go. It was the best hotel I stayed in Qingdao. Huge spacious very clean high-tech room, polite staff, good service. The hotel felt like it was totally new and it was the biggest room I stayed for a cheap price during my stay in Qingdao. If you need a place around West Qingdao station, this is your hotel to go.

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

Расположение вполне комфортное: да, до остановок общественного транспорта нужно идти 5-10минут, до станции метро минут 10-15. Улица спокойная, местные магазинчики в основном, тк находится отель в жилом районе.
В номере чисто, светло, уютно. Вместо полотенец - одноразовые полотенца, вода, тапочки. Кровати очень удобные, белоснежное постельное белье.
Из минусов - слабый интернет, запах из раковины специфический. Проветривала.
Отель очень понравился, персонал - приятный. За эти деньги отель просто подарок.
