A heartfelt thanks to Aimee for her thoughtful and kind gestures—she was incredibly accommodating with our check-in and checkout times, which made our experience even more seamless. All the staff were simply awesome, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the top floor. Watching the waves and the sunset from such a vantage point was a truly unforgettable experience. We also loved the tea time and happy hour—it added such a delightful touch to our stay. We also had an opportunity to join the 'adopt a paper pet' event, it was fun (thanks Grace) This was an outstanding experience, and we look forward to visiting Qingdao HaiTian!

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to Mixc shopping mall. The room I got was new, clean and spacious, with an amazing view of the city. Staffs were very polite and professional. Thank you for accommodating to my late check out request so I can get some rest before my late flight.

The apartment is awesome, very big, adorable view, clean and …. bathtub🛁with ocean view. Also there is a kitchen with the stove, fridge and washing machine which can be very useful, especially when you travel with your family. But we didn’t use them because for breakfast we went to the hotel’s restaurant and ate delicious buffet. The hosting staff can speak English and very helpful. And no doubt-the location is the greatest advantage of this apartment. 4-5 minutes and the sea 🌊 Wow😍

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Facilities are beautiful, room is beautiful but all service people do not speak English also their training is not up to international standard. There is only few tables occupied during breakfast but the staff are missing and are not attentive. This reflects greatly on the management of this hotel

Firstly, I must mention the facilities of this hotel. As it is newly opened, all the facilities are extremely new, from the beds and bathrooms in the rooms to the decorations and leisure facilities in the public areas. The hotel's interior design is uniquely stylish, exhibiting a more trendy look compared to other international hotels around this area, giving off a sense of fashion and modernity. Secondly, despite being located a bit far from the seashore, this did not hinder my appreciation of the sea view. From my room, I could enjoy the beauty of the sea and feel the gentle breeze of the ocean, as if I were on a seaside vacation. Moving on to the breakfast, it was quite extensive, offering a variety of choices. From traditional Chinese breakfast options to Western bread and milk, there's something for everyone. Both Chinese and Western breakfast lovers can find something to satisfy their taste buds here. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, making it a satisfying meal. Lastly, I must mention the underground parking lot of this hotel. It provides ample parking spaces, making it very convenient for guests who travel by car. The parking lot is also well-equipped, with dedicated security personnel to oversee the vehicles, giving guests peace of mind when leaving their cars here.
