Our stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing.
I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean.
What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony.
Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

The service was great. The receptionists were very helpful and polite. The only drawback of the hotel is the lack of amenities the life ends after 6 o'clock. The pool closes at 5.30 . The shops , the restaurants, the food street all close at the same time. There is no sense to stay at night.

酒店嶄新裝修，地毯肉眼可見乾淨. 房間裏面的玻璃用具都沒有任何水痕，遺憾是入住時候備註禁煙房間，但房間裏略帶煙味，所幸前台姐姐處理及時和態度也很誠懇！點贊！好評！
特別點評下早餐
品種豐富也新鮮，很多都是熱氣騰騰🍲. 還有自助華夫餅機器🧇.
小提議:如果有多些西式蛋糕就更好了🍰

It is within short walk to all busy shops & restaurants. In fact this hotel was built in the OLD Qingyuan city..
The counter staffs helpful , and teach us how to log into wifi. I had stayed here 14 years ago.
Night market open daily just nearby. The hotel rate is affordable for us seniors.

新酒店房間很大，風格造型小朋友很喜歡，但空間密閉沒開窗，星空這塊區域會悶和氣味，大床房不會，因為可以開門換氣.空調調節温度會發出很大聲響，建議房間放張書桌椅子，樓上是酒吧，凌晨一點多依然有夜場音樂聲影響睡眠，入住前沒提前跟客人説明，服務水平有待加強，九點去吃早餐，很多食物都空盆，跟服務員反映也沒添加，住了那麼多五星級酒店從沒遇過這種情況…

Довольно большой отель который я посещаю уже второй раз во время выставки в Гуанчжоу.
Вы там о целях главная ценность - это термальные источники.
Мы брали номер с ужином, который просто превосходит потому что это ужин с морепродуктами, которые плавают напротив ресторана. Особенно хороши были устрицы, и сашими из тунца белой рыбы, осьминогов. Да есть блюда которые невозможно съесть русскому человеку, но большая часть еды вполне съедобно, завтрак немного беднее ужина. Но все равно хорош, были арбузы и гуава, много зелени, много разной лапши и нежеланных пирожков.
Между завтраком и ужином легко продержаться без еды за счёт из сытности.
Территория а то я довольно большая, живописная, есть небольшой водопад, плавательный бассейн с горками для детей с двумя маленькими горками для детей.
Термальные источники отличаются по температуре и по тому какие мешочки с солью положат на проток термальной воды.
У нас был довольно большой номер, и Я рекомендую брать именно такой номер где прямо на балконе есть маленькая ванна бассейн, которая также наполняется термальной водой. Вода довольна мощная запятая в первый день на сугробила мы полежали проспали, после того как где-то полчаса 40 минут полежали в этой ванне.
В отеле мало кто говорит по-английски, практически никто, но google переводчик вполне помогает общению.
Рядом небольшой городок докуда можно дойти пешком, никаких торгового центра нет, но в принципе мы купили там чемодан А до ближайшего города Циндао доехали на такси,
Ещё съездили в экологическую туристическую зону с стеклянными мостами, это вышло примерно 120-150 юаней в одну сторону.
На территории есть ватербар, в промежуток между завтраком и обедом а также вечером можно употреблять неограниченному количестве арбузы и также три вида чая.
Помимо термальных бассейнов есть ещё массажный бассейн с более чем десятков различных видов водного массажа.

PPengguna TetamuLoved this trip. Upon arriving at this resort, we were greeted by their friendly staff who later took us on a tour of the resort. They have all sorts of animals, ostriches and camels to name a few, and all of the vegetables and fruits that they plant are used in the resorts cafeteria. Not to mention, they don’t put any sort of pesticide and you could go pick the fruits and vegetables yourself. We also went on the stream hiking activity, and what really moved me was that the staff carried a giant watermelon up the stream so then we would be able to share it at the destination, like hiking without anything is already hard enough, not to mention carrying a giant watermelon. Overall it was the staffs friendly attitudes that left me absolutely in love with this resort.

My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

週中過去，不是旺季民宿很安靜。訂了大的房間，所以配套是不錯的。民宿老闆很熱情，好客。一樓可以給客人喝茶聊天，很舒服。
缺點：1.四樓房間淋浴的熱水時冷時熱，希望能改進。2.房間與廁所的阻隔衹是一條布簾，感覺這樣不夠衞生，而且上廁所味道直接傳出來了。

酒店門麪不大，就在清遠新城汽車客運站對麪，走路到江邊也是大概十來分鐘的樣子；旁邊有不少吃飯的地方。
房間也不大，低層樓房改造的那種，有窗但窗戶是挨着隔壁房屋外牆的，問題不大，乾淨衛生，經濟實惠，可以推薦👌

Saya keluar ke lorong renang. Isteri saya menyukai semua jenis pusingan renang yang comel di lorong renang. Mereka bebas untuk digunakan. Dan butler adalah lebih kecil daripada perkhidmatan yang baik, anda boleh menjawab apa sahaja yang anda perlukan.

PPengguna TetamuVery helpful and friendly hosts. Location is almost at the top of the Yao Village, close to the temple and 50m from the street walking up to the temple. With the help of our hosts we found it without problems. You have to park the car at the parking lot of the village and then walk up the hill on the main stoneway. With every step you take uphill, you feel more and more the charm of this village and its people. You feel like in a past century. And as you are walking uphill and turn to see the beautiful scenery, you will wish to stay more time. This is the place to forget about stress at work and the noise of big cities. Here you can relax and fill up your batteries.
We booked a basic room with a small bathroom, what was enough for us for 1 night. But you have to get used to the chinese toilets. The view from the balcony was absolutly beautiful. The hosts have a small restaurant across the street and you can order from your room and enjoy the tasty food on the balcony. If you have enough time, stay at least 1 night. You will not regret. One of our favourite villages in China.
