出差清遠2天，公司給了200塊預算，就選了這家，還不錯。150+性價比挺高，房間比那個100塊的賓館大多了，衞生搞的挺乾淨的，除了那個牙刷太小了，其他感覺還可以。前台妹子性格挺好的，沒有充電器還幫我找了一個。感謝感謝。👍早上起來晚了就去隔壁的那個蒸小二吃了早茶，不是很貴，環境也不錯。走廊旁邊還有個洗衣房，洗衣服挺方便的，像我們這樣經常跑的一身臭汗😂他們距離高速口也很近，我們開車好像從樂廣下來10分鐘，別説，還挺方便。哈哈哈。收藏了，性比價不錯，出差到挺適合的。

可以的，五星好評，給升級了房型，大江景房。
但是初始有點不愉快，我們訂的兩間海景大床房，下午一兩點入住，理論上應該是空房最多的時候，居然安排了兩間16/19號的房型，窗小，隔壁有凸起擋住。我後來看了一下，這房型是整棟海景房最最最差的房型，一排過去這個房型衹佔總房間數量不到十分一，就給我們安排上了。打前台電話，她説其他大窗的都是雙床房，我們訂的大床房，也就是説十分之九以上的海景房是雙床房？
後來看了攜程上房型的圖片，又打了一次前台電話，前台還是嘴硬，但是怕打臉（已經説了大窗都是雙床房），給升級到了大的海景房，相當於升了一個房型。
所以最後結果還是好的。酒店本身設施老了一點，但是標準五星，乾淨衞生。江景不錯，適合房間裏泡茶。
早餐便宜，所以不好吃，隨便餬口吧。

衞生：洗手間很乾凈無異味，毛巾也是白凈的，床單乾淨地板較乾淨，傢俱都比較新。
環境：是一個露營陣地，附近有農家樂，咖啡店，酒吧，西餐廳，附近一公里還有一家大廣場，叫外賣也很方便。
服務：服務很熱情，響應速度很快，服務的很周到，讓我們感到暖心和開心，早餐是廣式早茶品種也很多，可自己過去吃和送上門。

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning)
But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance.
Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

衞生：我這個有潔癖的人都覺得非常乾淨，因為民宿在林子裏，我以為會很多蟲子或者蚊子，結果相反，店家處理的很好很讓人安心
環境：這個不用説了，沒有任何網騙成分，拎包入住，除了在大山裡開車遠了點以為，不過能來這裏住的也不會是嫌遠嫌貴的了，都是為了讓自己能夠有安靜的住宿環境而選擇此處入住
燒烤可以自帶食物也可以在酒店裡買，稍微貴了點但是可以接受，配備的燒烤的設備也很齊全！

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art.
Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

訂了雙床房有獨立泡池住在2樓，但剛好我入住的房間冷水開關壞了，所以水很熱要晾涼一下才能泡，民宿有小童遊樂區桌球ktv等等娛樂項目，燒烤有套餐可供選擇詳情可諮詢店家，泳池是温泉水，有3個充電樁車位，但是剛好我停的位置充電樁是壞的，不過附近有南方電網充電站快充，民宿對面和附近有好幾家農家菜可供選擇，早上的話還可以帶小朋友步行到附近摘草莓，聖女果，路旁伯伯賣的甘蔗超級甜！甘蔗汁8塊！開車5分鐘可以到達三禾稻裏，這個季節就在一片金黃金黃的稻田旁喝下午茶超級寫意！！

吃：周圍基本沒有外賣，早餐種類比較少，但是能感覺到是用心準備的。晚餐在店裡吃的，雖然小小貴，但是雞是現殺的，菜是早上才在地裏摘的，很新鮮。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，尤其是笑笑，很熱情親切。老闆娘還請我們品嚐了很多種自己釀的果酒。
驚喜：泡池很大！容納三個人輕輕鬆鬆，放水也很快，不用等很久。

房間非常乾淨，也很安靜，床墊軟硬適中。私家温泉池就在房間外面，能感覺到是真的温泉水。
由於去的比較晚缺席了很多活動。第二天上午才發現這裏很大，可玩的設施非常多。早餐還不錯，煎粽子很好吃。
服務員很熱情，尤其是前台的jojo，熱情的打招呼，在微信裏不斷介紹各類活動。我們提出的問題也能很快的解答。因為入住的晚，錯過了很多節目，所以臨走的時候她還熱情的給我們拿了兩份小禮物。
非常棒的體驗，下次會再來！

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

BBerinaMayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest.
Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

RronsanIf ever travelling to Gulong Gorge this would be the place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and affordable prices. While the hotel hit all the check boxes the restaurant didn't. Unfortunately the restaurant breakfast do not provide coffee or fresh juice. So all the coffee lovers be advised to carry your own coffee. All in all, this is a lovely accommodation to spend a night.

KKimberlybbThe travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

酒店門面不大，就在清遠新城汽車客運站對面，走路到江邊也是大概十來分鐘的樣子；旁邊有不少吃飯的地方。
房間也不大，低層樓房改造的那種，有窗但窗户是挨着隔壁房屋外牆的，問題不大，乾淨衞生，經濟實惠，可以推薦👌

PPengguna TetamuWonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

民宿本身是不錯的，但是過度開發的原始建築虛高的門票（100多的門票根本沒啥逛的看的，裏面吃東西也是貴的35%吧），裏面全是民宿個小餐館沒有了一個原始的瑤寨。還有附近的歐家村梯田也是一個大坑門票68就是一個拍兩張相片的點，進去停車還的額外收20一台。還沒10公裡外的免費的銀杏林質樸純真，風景好空氣好。
