I had a truly fantastic experience during my stay at Atour Qingyuan hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent in my accommodation, which was very clean, pleasant, and peaceful. The room was equipped with all the essential amenities, including a reliable air conditioning system, a cozy bed, and a nice shower room. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and politeness shown by the receptionists; their assistance was invaluable. I absolutely recommend Atour Qingyuan hotel to anyone visiting this city.

超讚。酒店新凈、安靜、停車位充足，特別特別爽的是早餐豐富，家人們睡到自然醒之後享受到這樣的早餐都很滿意，附近也有很多美食，適合各種吃貨的需求。酒店服務也不錯，我帶了倆個大小孩，電話中説要增加一套牙具，酒店很快就送來了兩套，還暖心的送來了沐浴用品。應該説比清遠98%以上的同等價位酒店要好，不信可以自己去感受一下。下次一定還選擇這裏。可惜沒拍到什麼照片，衹有一張是美美享用早餐後的圖，慚愧了

布草整潔到位，很有心。設施齊全，乾淨衞生，環境也不錯，周圍挺安靜，出路也方便。每天的房間清理，都非常專業用心。服務也很是貼心，並耐心傾聽我們吹毛求疵的反饋…。住過好幾家“歡朋”了，都感覺很好，關鍵是布草都非常棒、服務貼心。房間隔音問題也是酒店的“通病”，跟入住客人的素質也有關係，也無法要求酒店絕對做到所有客人滿意且至善至美。下次還會選擇“歡朋”，至少目前為止，性價比很高。

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning)
But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance.
Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art.
Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

EEbzThis is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in China. I say this because of the customer service. I've never received this level of top tier customer service at any hotel I've been to in China and I'm big on travelling. From the persons who clean the room up to the manager were just amazing. Very much foreigner friendly!! When you check in at the front desk you're greeted with the a hot rag and some tea. I love that. Any issues/concerns we had was dealt with immediately! The breakfast was also very good! The best part was how clean not just the rooms were but the entire hotel. Everywhere is CLEAN, the beds are soft and comfortable and the air is very good. I also loved that the room is equipped with a built in speaker in the bathroom! Just WOW. The staff are so kind especially the manager! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Qingyuan.

PPengguna TetamuBest resort I’ve stayed at so far in Qingyuan, really enjoyed their personal driver services bringing us to and fro directly from our room to facilities like the farm nearby and the restaurant where we had breakfast. There was never a lack of hospitality from all the hotel staff. The room we booked was comfortable, cosy and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed the free activities like feeding rabbits, ostriches and seeing a sorts of animals like peacocks, ducks and gooses. Seems like a family oriented resort with activities for children but also enjoyable for couples. We also had campfire and karaoke at night, fireworks on another night (included) and also we got to pick strawberries and eggs (for a small fee) on the last day. 3D2N here are well spent!

BBerinaMayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest.
Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

PPengguna TetamuThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

The sunset was beautiful, and it remained the most beautiful memory of this trip. It was inconvenient because there were quite a few facilities that were not operated, but everything was understood because he gave me good memories on the first day.

CCarelThe room is quite nice and modern actually, although quite small. Especially like that the basin is outside of the toilet and there is ample space to put toiletries and cosmetics. Only thing I dislike is the door stopper is right there, my leg knock on it a few times, just need to be wary. The mirror light above the basin is touch screen, very cool. Shower pressure is good and bed is comfy but the storage space is minimum, just a steel cupboard. The view of gulong xia is magnificent, though certain things are man made but it is all done so beautifully, prepare to take lots of pictures around the hotel. The tourist attraction is right next door, unfortunately they stop rafting at this season, but u can still enjoy the mega waterfall and walking the glass bridge, view is magnificent. I went to the hot spring he zong wen quan recommended by the hotel receptionist, far away from the hotel but the place is so surreal and beautiful. Breakfast is just the minimal but good enough to feel the empty stomach. I have good memory of gulong xia.

PPengguna TetamuIt is located a bit inside which i think is great for a peaceful scenario. They have a few buildings with rooms, hence make sure you book correctly. There have villas, and bigger rooms at another side. I choose the main building hotel rooms that comes with a big outdoor balcony onsen. It was enjoyable as you can have the onsen yourself if you prefer privacy. This resort is like a leisure park where it has a few playgrounds for kids etc. The main building resort has a few restaurants, some exhibtion of toys etc. There is also mini shuttle bus / baggy rides for you to go around. As it was China, everything is wechat pay which can be inconvenience for foreigners. Do have some cash with you, as some international credit cards are not acceptable here. I find the breakfast so-so, unless you are willing to drive 1 hour out of here to have your other breakfast. Overall, it was quite a pleasure stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.

設施：早幾年來過一次，這次再來依然抗打，該有的都有，除了早餐餐廳稍微舊一點，房間及公共區域都沒話説。還有桌球，乒乓球任意玩，温泉區小吃通通免費等等～
服務：入住期間無論前台還是搞衞生的阿姨，還是温泉去的工作人員，全部都笑臉迎人，態度都很好。特別感謝管家珠珠，發消息諮詢也及時到位的回覆。
這次帶着家人一起來度假，長輩們都很滿意説下次還來喔😊

民宿本身是不錯的，但是過度開發的原始建築虛高的門票（100多的門票根本沒啥逛的看的，裏面吃東西也是貴的35%吧），裏面全是民宿個小餐館沒有了一個原始的瑤寨。還有附近的歐家村梯田也是一個大坑門票68就是一個拍兩張相片的點，進去停車還的額外收20一台。還沒10公裡外的免費的銀杏林質樸純真，風景好空氣好。
