Ulasan Asia Bay International Hotel

A splendid hotel with great hospitality from receptionist who reserved us executive floor and complementary breakfast to kid. Like 👍🏻 A great fun of water games facilities just next to the swimming pools. We had a good time. 👍🏻 Wonderful view at executive floor especially the view of sun rise from the top. Chilled wind breeze filled the hotel which gives us a feel of truly holidays.

The hotel was very underwhelming, the pool was disappointing and the breakfast was below average!

Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

Asia Bay is a massive resort that was very empty when we were there in December of 2022. Everyone was polite and helpful at check-in. The room was clean. It was just desolate. There is a HUGE water park at the resort which was obviously closed in the off season. No bar. Breakfast buffet was average. I’d probably be more fun when all the pools and slides are open.

The hotel is large and well-equipped, with plenty of activities for children. The back door leads directly to the beach, and electric carts are available for rent, making it convenient to visit Bo'ao Town and Tanmen Port.

I bring my children here about twice a year. The lady is very welcoming. I usually go with two or three families. The children have company and the adults are more relaxed. The water park is not big, but it is enough for children to play. In fact, those children who are too challenging can't play. The breakfast content is very rich. Relatively speaking, the occupancy rate during the May Day holiday is very high, so the breakfast seats are also relatively scarce, and the dining time is extended. When I was about to go back, I found that there was a gym, billiard table, naughty castle, etc. on the second floor where children can play and adults can relax. If you are interested when you check in, don't miss it.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is good. They are considerate and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. They solve problems quickly, which makes people feel warm. During the stay in the hotel, I did encounter some sanitation problems, and the lady handled them in time, which was great!

The facilities are great, with a swimming pool and a gym; the service is considerate and the housekeeper responds quickly; the sea view room has a good view and is the first choice for vacation. It is particularly worth mentioning that a lady added WeChat in advance and provided good service, thumbs up.
