Hotel Quatre Cocos dengan Spa

I thought I was quite experienced and nothing can surprise me in spa. But this one was beyond any expectations. They have their cosmetic LUX they use it in spa. The sent of oils just amazing and you already relaxed 50%. I like their spa procedures and routine how they meet guests..all this atmosphere..sounds, smells, birds singing, hot tea, some bites. Special thank you to Mairini - my spa therapist. I hope I wrote her name correctly. She has amazing hands, strong fingers and very attentive to details. I bought oil for face and oil concentrate as want this sent around me as long as possible. Thank you Maitini, I hope you will see my review💚

First impressions we were very pleased and greeted with a welcome drink, unfortunately not to our taste. It was lovely to be able to check in straight away (9/10am), we couldn’t get to grips though why they wanted us to leave a €250 deposit for drinks etc. because we were all inclusive, so we said we’ll pay as we go and didn’t do this. All Inclusive does NOT mean everything is. The buffet restaurant is but the Plantation restaurant has a limited menu, not everything is included, so be prepared you might have to pay extra. The drinks and cocktails are not all inclusive, if the menu has one star by the named drink it is NOT included, if it has two stars by the named it is included, there is a lot of choice so it wasn’t a problem for us. In the room, if the items have one star on the menu it is included, the rest you have to pay for. The minibar was restocked most days, local beer and coke included. We were given plenty of water in the room every day which was a lovely touch. Room 155 was lovely, it was ground floor ( which we requested) facing the ocean, amazing views. Good size, lovely big bed, sitting area, tea & coffee making facilities, large bathroom, shower, bath and separate dressing room with plenty of hanging space and a safe. The room was generally clean, we found green broken glass, we had a butler who looked after our every need, he came in the evening, which was very nice but a bit intrusive, we didn’t really need him , but it was nice to have your bed sorted and fresh towels again, twice a day wasn’t really necessary. Pre dinner drinks at the bar were lovely, the bar staff were great and attentive, you often got a little nibble with your drinks. The Buffet Breakfast was nice , everything you could think of, but the eggs cooked to your choice weren’t great, other than the boiled eggs, plenty to choose from. Dinner Buffet, there was a lot of choice but nothing was hot, veg was over cooked, there were grilled meats or stir fry, fish but not always appetising, two nights we had some bbq prawns, chicken or beef which were tasty. Two nights we didn’t go to dinner because we couldn’t face the buffet. Lots of little desserts on offer and ice cream. The wine choice was very good, best we’ve had on holiday. We had lovely lunches at the plantation restaurant, included. We found it very difficult to get drinks at the beach and pool area, but the staff were great once we did catch there eye , the beach staff were great helping us with umbrellas & towels. Beach was lovely, we wore sea shoes , there was sharp coral, beautiful sea breeze. Twice a day there is a glass bottom boat trip you can do for free. All the staff were great and deserved their tip. Evening entertainment was nice , piano music, all singers were good , but had enough after two weeks, we enjoyed the two nights entertainment with the Mauritian dancers.

We had the most wonderful experience at C mauritius resort hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs Karen the Front Office Manager, Mr. Nevin the receptionist and Bradley the bell boy. The staffs of the hotel were always ready to help and all of them were very friendly. The food and the service were excellent. The room are so big, spacious and well cleaned, the bed was super comfortable and had a good restfull night sleep. We were well served at the bar Andiket was amazing. At the buffet restaurant we were warming welcome by Mr. Jess what a nice man give us all the restaurant information. Nice swimming pool fabulous relaxing corner. The view was a sight to behold and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to spend the dream tropical holidays. We recommend this hotel if you are looking to have best time in Mauritius ❤️❤️

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius was simply wonderful. We would especially like to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the staff, who always addressed us by name and took great care of us. A special thanks goes to Prince from the reception, Shivan for the impeccable room cleaning, Thierry from the beach bar, and Calvin, who provided excellent wine recommendations. And all the others which named we can’t remember since there were so many. The property is quiet and not overcrowded, with a lovely garden and a beautiful beach. The crystal-clear water and the two swimming pools – one of them heated – offer perfect relaxation. The food was also fantastic, especially the seafood platter, which we highly recommend. Had an amazing time there. Great facilities, and even better staff. Loved the help and amazing care from Nicoletta! The view is amazing, the food decent, and location worth it. For a day pass or a stay it’s pretty nice. I recommend this place for family or solo traveler :-)

From check-in till check-out you could just relax and enjoy your holiday. All the staff were so helpful and serviceminded. The rooms are nice and the garden is beautiful. The ladies at the Poz Spa were great, we went twice for massage. All-inclusive was really really good, better than expected. Great breakfast with the lovely lady who made omellets and eggs. Good lunchbuffét with lot of dishes to choose from (pizza everyday if you like 😊), you can also order from a meny at the entrance. Good dinnerbuffet with planty of dishes (international and mauritian) And the desserts! Omg so many delicious to choose from, both at lunch and dinner. Thank you Ruben! A lot of cocktails in the all-inclusive at the beach bar. Thank you Jordan and Ray for good service! Entertainment at the beachbar every night 👍 Beach were wonderful with plenty of sunbeds. Snorkling just outside the hotel is okay, many different fishes. Thank you all at Friday Attitude for making our holiday the best!💛 Hopefully we will be back.
