Overall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception  was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything.

Great location, shuttle makes it easy. At airport, in the taxi pick up location there is a sign with the number to call for shuttle snd they come to pick up straight away. We are going to use again next trip.

Room was nice and big.   Great place to stay if you are staying for an extended period of time as it has lots of amenities.  Floor was super sticky - gross!  And we only had one large towel for showers (there were two of us so it would’ve been nice to have one more towel).  Staff at front were helpful and friendly when our room key didn’t work right (kiosk to check in did not program it correctly).

My only complaint is the hardness of the beds...but that is a personal preference I know. Otherwise everything was really great!!

2nd time here. Great clean,safe hotel. Lots of security,good food and location. Lots of restaurants nearby . ****** a little too smokey for me and the hot tub wasn't working this time. Will return

Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The facility is decently maintained, an older building but with updated features like a quiet thermostaticalky controlled a/c. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is limited and breakfast was spartan, but overall it's a great value.

The service here is really good awsome staff great hospitality and the security is quite comendable.The courtesy shuttle was a suprise nothing less than pleasant.

We visited the Best Western Tacoma-Seattle location on February 28. The hotel met all of its promises regarding room type, facilities, amenities, and service.
