Location was great, very clean, friendly staff, accommodation great . Bar nice , coffee. excellent!

Beautiful location directly across the street from Lake George. Bar, restaurant, pool and free parking available behind the hotel. My room was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a pull out couch and a balcony with high top furniture. Excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. No complaints about my room as it fit a family of four no problem. I was attending a wedding and they accommodated my family with an early check in at 1pm with no additional cost.
A definite must when visiting Lake George NY.

We loved the location, facilities and the view.👍👍👍
But the food? Lol, we booked our stay for just 1 night with breakfast for 5 people but when we were in the lobby the staff told us that no breakfast was included even after showing him our receipts and emails that stated that we paid for our stay with breakfast. We ended up paying for our own breakfast. 👎👎👎👎👎

very clean and staff was courteous and attentive. Wouldve liked the room to have a stocked refridgerator with beverages and snacks,or vending on the floors. A jacuzzi at the pool area would be a plus. Room service for the restaurant.

We love this place and stay every year here on mothers day. Its pretty much the best even thiugh not everything is open. We love it though its right before e erything ooens and a great time. Highly recomennd this place and the suite with balcony lake view amazong

We reserved a King suite with a lake view. When we arrived we were given a mountain view room with what appeared to be two queen beds. When we inquired wr were told it was a King and Queen bed. There is NO WAY either bed was a King bed. Thia was very disappointing.
