Great place to stay, as it is located in the quaint area of QC. Not too busy but still near the city's hustle and bustle. Love the cut of the bedroom, large! Bed is super comfortable. Love their sustainability practices.

The stay we had here was really really nice. The front desk guy assisted us really well and the room was really clean. The amenities were nice. The room is spacious and the food during the breakfast was also good. We didn't get to use the pool though as we had a fully booked schedule. Will definitely come back!

The word that best captures my experience at this hotel is 'new.' Being a relatively new establishment, the hotel impresses with its immaculate cleanliness and modern design, evident from the lobby to the rooms. The contemporary style is both refreshing and welcoming. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, especially those at the ground floor entrance, including the security team. Their warm smiles and friendly greetings set a wonderful tone for guest interactions, making one feel genuinely welcomed. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could fine-tune its services. One area for improvement is housekeeping. While the staff did ensure that the blankets were neatly folded, other aspects of room tidiness seemed to be overlooked. On a few occasions, I noticed that the room was left largely as it was, with not much attention paid to finer details. I understand that the hotel is new, and the staff may still be gaining experience, which might explain these minor oversights. With a bit more focus on these details, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced. As for the amenities, they were fairly standard. I was a bit surprised that in-room slippers were only provided upon request, rather than being pre-prepared in the room. However, I must say I really appreciated the room’s design, especially the cozy kitchenette area. Having all the necessary amenities and utensils within easy reach was a thoughtful touch and one of my favorite aspects of the room.

We initially booked an overnight stay in a 1 bedroom deluxe room, but since we trully enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend another night! 😀 We were so deligjted and satisfied with the room and the service - from the quick early check-in process, to the cleanliness and spacious room provided, to the pool amenities up to the sumptous and hearty meal (breakfast) that was served! What’s even more satisfying was the completeness of the amenties in the room especially the kitchen stuff! The staffs were also nice and attentive. When we requested for additional or replenishments of amenities, they have attended to it real FAST! Requests were attended in like 5-10minutes only! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and we will surely be back to this hotel! 😊

The room is spacious and clean. I love that they're sustainable. No plastic and they give you water in a huge tumbler which makes perfect sense. Food in the restaurant is good. I guess good location if you meant to be in this area only, otherwise out of the way from main stuff and more residential. Was here to visit local friend so it worked out. The staff here made my stay, they're super friendly and helpful. Joyce at Alejo restaurant spent time on explaining all the local dishes to me and she's so attentive and friendly. And Lordwin too was helpful and friendly. Shout out also to Eddieson from Concierge who was helpful and attentive. I'd come back here again if I ever find myself needing to be in the area. One point of improvement for the hotel is to place ashtray/ trash can out on the street where people can smoke so they're not just littering on the road.
