Ulasan Fersal Hotel Kalayaan

Convenient location - halfway through UP Diliman and Partas Cubao when coming from the north. Relatively cheaper than other options and has a decent room space.

Clean place. Good location. Courteous staff.

Quick check-in via Trip. Location is great, many establishments around. Homey vibes upon reaching my floor, open hallways with view of the garage/inside parking area. Water refilling stations outside the rooms, pitcher, kettle and coffee&tea available inside rooms. Room is clean and homey. Pillows and bed are too hard, so uncomfortable to lie on bed, and head hurt just using the pillows; opted not to use the pillows and just laid my head on the bed instead; blanket is just a thin sheet. AC is okay but has clicking noises that woke me up in the middle of the night. Includes full closet, 1 laundry bag, 2 slipper kits, hangers & safe. Toiletries include 2 toothbrush kits, & 1 cottonbuds kit, shampoo & 2 bar soaps for hand and for shower, 2 towels (1 of them is stained :c). Water is adjustable with hot & cold shower. Overall, it was a good enough experience, budget friendly hotel, and satisfied with my stay. Problems can easily be fixed by management.

Good and nice place

Hotel parking is a big problem. Busy area. Noise from the streets. Room linen are good and clean. but the bed size is not for americans. the hotel is old eerie *******. breakfast is the worst cornedbeef looks like pedigree.

Good service,clean and friendly. Room is huge. They accept us even the check in time was 14:00 but they let us in at 12Noon. Thanks

The place is fine and clean, near the road, you may hear vehicles outside, all the basics are there. No need for security deposit. Fast check-in transaction, staff are nice. The rooms and building are a bit old but I saw they are renovating some of the rooms as of now. Breakfast and food is just fine. Don't expect too much. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!

The staffs are all accommodating and the place is clean and has a complete toiletries. Been looking up for some hotels around Kalayaan and this is one of my top lists and it never disappoints.

Clean and affordable place for a short stay in the metro area.

The hotel is conducive for families, and business travelers as well. Stayed in a Triple occupancy room. Hotel location is within vicinity of coffee shops, banks, convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants, including "turo-turo" or carinderias, hospitals, etc. Staff are courteous and friendly. Has a limited parking space. Nearest mall is SM North Edsa, accessible for a short walk going to bus stop at QC Circle/Kalayaan then take the free bus to the mall. Free drinking water, refrigerator, coffee (with hot kettle) is provided. Working hot and cold bath. If you opted for breakfast, the restaurant is at the 4th floor. A generally safe area. Will be coming back there.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Accessible to stores and pharmacies.
