The hotel is located in the heart of Saint Julies city center, adjacent to bars and nightclubs. Loud music plays until 3am every night. Although the hotel has double-glazed soundproof windows, it still makes sleep difficult unless you're a night owl. It's advisable to find accommodation farther from the nightlife district if you're not. The hotel doesn't include a complimentary swimming pool. Access to the neighboring hotel's pool costs €20 per day per room, which may disappoint guests not wanting beach swimming. However, a public beach is just a 5-minute walk away, serving as a good alternative. Cleanliness and hygiene are above average, but the bathroom shower has a design flaw: no curtain or screen, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet during showers. Hotel service: Staff are warm-hearted and patiently assist guests with requests – highly commendable! Hotel breakfast: Since this was a family trip, we chose the 7-day breakfast package. However, the food variety remained completely unchanged every single day. For the last two days, the pancake machine malfunctioned, making the already monotonous selection even more limited. Food preparation also lacked professionalism: the scrambled eggs were disappointing daily, with powdery lumps forming. Hard-boiled eggs weren't chilled in cold water after cooking, making them extremely difficult to peel – the chefs need to pay more attention to this.

As expected from an IHG hotel, the front desk service was excellent. They also offer self-serve coffee, and the breakfast spread was very generous.

Great and clean. Huge props to Bogdan and the cleaning staff for helping me with a small foot injury. Food was great and on par with much more expensive hotels too. Nobrainer stay in Malta if you want affordability with luxury.

The room was a little on the small side, but it was immaculately clean. It offered a lovely beach view, and the colorful balcony really caught my eye.

All the staff were friendly and amazing. Breakfast area is beautiful and you can see the bay. Rooms were clean but simple. One complaint is that you need to pay an extra 20 euro per person to use the swimming pool and gym that gives you access for 24 hours. There is lots around the area and the main bus stops are a short uphill walk.

All the front desk staffs are very nice and helpful, specially a lady ( sorry I don’t know her name) she is extremely friendly and helpful . Gave us lots of suggestions.

Easy access, very close to the airport, and nice surroundings.

The location is in the midst of the nightlife in St Julian's, so expect some noise flowing over to the rooms. You can mitigate this by asking for a room that faces away from the hustle and bustle, but just that this will then not have any views. Service wise was good but could be better - I was going to move over to the Intercontinental after my stay here and considering that both hotels are under the IHG group, I had expected them to help with the move. However they asked me to reach out to Intercontinental on my own.

I am happy with the services of the hotel. I will surely use this facility again.
