Hotel Rabat dengan Spa

I was expecting so much more from this hotel that boasts multiple stars. It’s not just that it’s in need of renovation; it’s that it’s dirty. The plumbing doesn’t work properly. My fellow business travelers reported seeing cockroaches in their rooms. I had to ask housekeeping staff to re-clean my room after they had left the trash unemptied and cups unwashed. I would not have left such a bad review, but we were here for 5 days of meetings and to deal with poor service, mediocre food, and sub-standard cleanliness.

The staff were very good about responding to inquiries by email before our arrival. The location is not bad, about 12-15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was so-so, quite noisy with poor shower and terrible aircon. The bed and linens were good, however. Breakfast was OK.

Dear General Manager of Onomo Terminus, I am writing to convey my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Regrettably, the service and conditions fell drastically short of what I had anticipated, casting serious doubt on the standards of hospitality at your establishment. Before our arrival, we called to inquire about the availability of the superior room we previously stayed in and enjoyed. Although we had already reserved through your website, the person on the line responded dismissively, stating, ”You should have called in the morning; why are you calling now?” This tone was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from hotel staff. Upon arrival, already weary from a long journey, they were asking for more money , white the confirmation e-mail mentioned 5000 dhs inclu ding taxes they were as king for 5400 dhs and insisted on getting 400 dhs extra. we checked into the room, only to find that the hot water was not working. I was left with no choice but to shower in lukewarm water, a dismal start to my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning failed to provide warmth. Despite multiple visits from your technical team, the issue persisted. When I called the reception to explain that the room was unbearable, the receptionist coldly suggested we ”wait until morning.” Can you imagine being told to endure a freezing room overnight after paying a substantial amount for the stay? This response was as disappointing as it was unacceptable. Eventually, we were moved to another room, which involved repacking and relocating with my young child—a needless hassle that further tarnished the experience. This new room was at least clean, and initially, we thought things might improve. Today, however, after requesting the ”Make My Bed” service, we returned to find the windows open, the room teeming with mosquitoes, and reeking of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, my child suffers from allergies and asthma, making this situation particularly distressing and unacceptable. I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of basic service standards, courtesy, and care exhibited by your hotel. The experience was more reminiscent of a run-down, two-star hostel than a reputable hotel. This is not just a complaint about minor inconveniences; it’s a reflection of how poorly your establishment regards its guests. Now 3 days later each time they give me a key Card its functioning only 1 days, each time and day I have to come back to the reception for a new key. It’s 1 o clock morning and I am standing already 20 minutes with my child at the reception nobody is there and the key is not functioning. Do we have to sleep at the reception sofa ??? It a disaster this hotel such a bad service !!!!! I hope you take this feedback to heart and make immediate improvements. No future guest should be subjected to such a subpar experience. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

chambres vieillottes, mais propres.la climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout ou très mal: j'ai dû l'essayer dans trois chambres avant d'en avoir une qui fonctionnait à peu près (air frais faible et bruit). les fenêtres ferment mal. Mes compagnons de voyage ont fait le même constat. Petit déjeuner indigent (presque rien et pas de choix). Restaurant médiocre. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit. Cet hôtel a-t-il vraiment été un jour un 4 *?! Mêmes en ”normes locales”, j'en doute.

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

It’s a good location. Super near the kasbah area. No complainants.

Absolutely horrified by this Riad. They gave us a room that shouldn’t even be used by people—it’s more suited for rats. The food was awful, and the room was filthy. The quality is far below acceptable standards, and here’s why: 1. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. I had to use every bath towel to soak it up. Clearly, this has been an ongoing problem since some tiles are even missing next to the shower. 2. There are actual holes in the walls, making the room feel like it’s falling apart. 3. The hardware on the walls is cheap plastic and looks low quality, adding to the room’s tackiness. 4. The wooden door has aluminum lining at the bottom, possibly hiding rotted wood beneath it. 5. The fringes on the rug are filthy and completely unkempt, making the whole room feel dirty. 6. The armoire handle is broken, further adding to the rundown, neglected feel of the place. Overall, this room feels like a two-star disaster at best, and it’s a total disappointment compared to what we expected. Avoid this Riad if you’re looking for any kind of quality or cleanliness.
