While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

The hotel is located next to the Rabat Agdal Station so, it’s automatically a great place in terms of commuting. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. . If I am in Rabat again, I would definitely stay here!!

Добротный отель на тихой улочке рядом с музеями. Отель большой, но одновременно с этим тихий и спокойный. Притязательным путешественникам он может показаться достаточно старым, однако не спешите с выводами: хорошее расположение, дружественный персонал, номера оборудованы всем необходимым и все работает, включая кондиционер, и плюс к этому невысокая стоимость делают отель привлекательным.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel mooie kamers, bedden liggen heerlijk, kamers erg schoon.

Accueil très sympathique L'hôtel est bien, propre. Le rapport qualité prix est bien. Je reviendrai sans problème.
