The rooms and pool were extremely good but food was really poor in taste and also we waited for 1 hr to get our food on the table

I am giving average rating. 1. Location is good. Near to nagaon beach. 2. Taste of food 100 out of 100 however on weekend the food will be served after an hour after giving order. Some items were not served at all. 3. The lady manager shows attitude and gets rude if you cross question about your food
4. No house keeping service was there for 2 days. On the 1st day after check in we had to keep calling for cleaning the room and bathroom floor as both were too slippery
5. The check in time was too late which is 1. 00 pm and check out is 10. 00 am. Difference of 3 hours is too much. 6. The guarantee for complimentary 2 hours check in is not at all provided as the hotel people say it is subject to availability but the check out is 10. 00 am then why the rooms are not available by at-least 12. 00 pm. We reached at 12. 00 pm but still they were arguing that cannot give early check in
6. There is no view from hotel as there is another hotel built right in front of your rooms. So you don't get any view We had keep our windows and curtains closed full 2 days specially the deluxe rooms where windows are at back side. 7. Half of the time there was no signal on tv
8. No hot water rec'd on 2nd day

The rooms were not clean, the table had food items from previous booking. We wanted an extension for a room for sometime we requested them but they were so rude and even though the entire hotel was empty they didn't allow us to stay for an hour without paying extra. Food was good but the staff on reception was pathetic and rude. Won't ever visit again.

Location is good, quite near to the beach but room has no view of the beach. Don't book room with breakfast as they give only 1 helping of idli or up-ma as breakfast. Room service is not allowed and restaurant service is very slow with wait time of 30 minutes for any food item, even thali.

Swimming pool neat and clean, food lunch v good, tea in room very bad, service very slow, i got ground floor room when compared to second floor it was 2/5. It was just one night stay so didnt complained much. I was charged overprice. Its not worth bathroom was stinking, no soap, no towels, no dental kit, and no exhaust fan. Broken cupboard. No stand for drying wet clothes. It was there in all other rooms on 1st and 2nd floor balconies

Bad hospitality, room condition very bad( bed, curtons bathroom, ac, not so good food. Never booking back. Need much much improvement as hotel. Tooooo much costly as per service.

Bad stay. Poor quality service. High price. No fridge and kettle was given. No service was provided. No tea n coffee was available in the evening. Dirty bedsheets n blankets. Poor quality of breakfast provided. Will not refer to others its over priced.
