The property is built on a vast area and has a spacious banquet hall, party lawns, a medium-sized water park with rides, and a restaurant. We did not find the food very palatable. Continental dishes like sandwich and pizza were fine. A sandwich is priced at rs 250 though. Room quality and service was okayish. A/c did not function proper; the maintenance guy came and checked but it was not fixed right. We went in the hottest month of may and the surroundings were dry; the view and experience may be better in the monsoon months or the ones soon after. Avoid going on a public holiday if you wish to use the amusement park as it may be overcrowded with people, and a bit messy, on holidays.

Room service is good. Staff members are helpful. Veg restaurant was just beside the hotel. Non- veg restaurant was at a walking distance of 5 mins from hotel. Cab service is 24 hrs available from ola and uber. Hotel room bed size is ok if two persons are there. If you are traveling with your kid, then bed will be small. You can order food from room also. Hotel staff will deliver food to your room.

We booked a superior room, the stay was not that much comfortable as we got cockroaches in the bed and room. As usual very limited channels on the tv, the food is not upto the mark though they allow zomato and other delivery partners so not an issue with that. That’s all

It was really amazing 1 week stay at Zostel, Kolad. The property is no doubt really beautiful but also the people working there are very sweet and lovely. Starting with BRUNO, he is always cheerful, playful and very gentle. You would love to play around with him anytime🐶. Then comes the FDM NUPUR who is very sweet and helpful 😊. Property Manager SUDARSHAN bhai is really kind and generous 😊. First Community manager YATHIN who will keep you engaged all the time by involving you in different activities and will always make sure you are not getting bored there 😄. Then we have another Community Manager KANISH who is very gentle and supportive throughout. He will make sure you reach the property without any hassle, he is always there to make sure your stay is comfortable and any issues just reach out to KANISH he will get it resolved for you as soon as possible ☺️. Everything from the amenities to the service, housekeeping, to Cleanliness all across the property is spot on. Lots of adventure activities like river crossing, bungee jumping, river rafting, kayaking etc. makes Zostel Kolad a must-visit. Swimming pool is a wonderful addition. Cafe serves delicious food at reasonable rates and especially the poha, I would recommend everyone to try the poha there in morning bf. Would love to visit again!! 😇 Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable!! ☺️
