I was nice stay, very authentic food, center city location,. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly. I would like to book again. They serve all type food. We book business room for 2 people and it is quite good. We also hv wide spread breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel with a party bookinghaving 7 rooms with my family who wanted experience the Diwali in Rajkot. The staff were rude and unhelpful, when we arrived during early hours in the morning, there was no lighting put on and was very dark. night staff did not assist us with our baggage to our room. Also during our meal at the restaurant, the waiter was speaking to people when they were on the telephone. we did complaint to the customer services member of staff and things did not improve. At breakfast, it took very long time to bring an omelet and when it arrived, it was very cold. The rooms had been not maintained. The Office chair was very dangerous as it was just standing on the middle pole and not its rolling legs. The set of curtains on one side was only covered by brick wall and only one window. we had a 24 hour power cut which took a long time to resolve. All the Fridges in the rooms were hot and not functioning. The bathroom shower shelf was handing off. one day, the cleaning staff stated that they had run out off bed sheets!!!!!! Found that the sink in the bathroom was cricked and leaking The Design of the building was very bad. It was open plan from 1st floor in a circular formation with the Restaurant in the middle as well as the staircase. Firstly we got allocated on the 2nd Floor couple of nights and found it very noisy and when we return back for our rest of our stay, some people had been allocated 2nd floor again. during our stay, everyone complaint about the noise level in each rooms. My son sent an email to the management and even to this period, we have not received a response from them. we did consider moving to a better accommodation, however, with our group it was not only practice but as we had already paid for the rooms ,it would meant that we had to pay twice for our stay. We came across one of our relative who had booked this accommodation and checked out after one night. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE and it is not value for money. Do not book this accommodation on the Pictures of the Hotels put on site.

Location very good. Food also very good. Amenities excellent. Services excellent. I recommend this hotel.

It was comfortable stay and staff was very helpful and caring. Looking forward to stay again whenever it’s needed.

I was having an early check out and especially for us, the chef made hot and fresh breakfast which is truly appreciated 👍. otherwise I have seen most of the hotels insist preferably cut fruits and Tetra pack juice . 3 cheers for the cook and floor manager 👌👌👌💐💐💐
