Hotel Raleigh dengan Gim

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Raleigh to fly out. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport and is a very clean hotel. The rooms are quiet and the staff is phenomenal. Unless they do something pretty bad, this will always be my go-to hotel when flying from RDU. My only complaint would be the parking. When they have banquets and other events, it's hard for guests to find a place to park. Non-guests should have to park elsewhere to allow those staying there, priority parking places.

Good hotel with a good price. Locations is also very good.

It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

My six year old daughter and I came to Raleigh for an overnight girls’ shopping trip while her brother was at sleep away camp. This property came recommended from a colleague who frequently visits. I cannot say enough, good things about how convenient it is to the different places we were trying to go. Being Wolfpack fans, our Bell Tower view did not disappoint! More that, our experience was made by the front desk attendant, Dwight. He could not have been more friendly and welcoming, particularly to my daughter. He asked her name and used her name whenever he saw her on property. It made her night when we came back from shopping and he called out to her. He truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable- she was like Eloise at the Plaza!

I felt the need to say a public thank you to Tenia at the check-in. My husband and I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and immediately Tenia explained that a large group had just left and housekeeping was working hard to get rooms ready. She took our luggage and pointed out the bar and lobby area where we could hang. I was exhausted from traveling early and proceeded to the nearest couch. Within 15-20 min Tenia came over and said she had a room for us because I ”looked so tired”. Thank God she did because I proceeded to get a 2 hour nap before our work dinner this evening. I know it doesn't sound like a huge deal but waiting another 4 hours would have been grueling and made dinner not nearly as enjoyable. In this day and time when customer service seems to have been shoved to the back of line and we now celebrate ”just showing up” --Tenia went over and beyond and you can tell she values her customers and her company. She is a fantastic ambassador for the Sheraton brand.

Wife and I stayed on July 13. Only one clerk at check-in desk and was on a long call with Marriot to straighten out a problem for another guest. When we entered the room late in the evening, AC was set to 62, but it was 75 in the room. Walked downstairs to tell front desk, but no one was there. We went to bed thinking/ hoping it just hadn’t been on long enough to cool down. Woke up during the night and temp had risen to 79. So that wasn’t great, but we didn’t want to have to move rooms at that point. so we stuck it out. No on at the front desk when we left, so I called later in the day and front desk clerk was apologetic, said they would get maintenance up to look at it, but didn’t offer us anything else to make up for it Other than this, we were really impressed with the room. Very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was really nice. Drinks at the bar were good…pulled real espresso for an espresso martini. Would have been a great stay if we hadn’t sweat so much.

Roxanne is the best bar tender. Keeps up with what customers need and keeping their beverages full. Food was good, prices are fair. The only thing I would say is to lower the prices on beer. No one wants to pay 7 to 8 dollars a beer. There's a reason not alot of people visit the bar for alcohol because of the prices

I submitted a complaint immediately after my return home from this hotel and have not received any response from Marriott customer service. Overall, the hotel is very dated, tired and in need of an update. The lobby elevator was not operating and I had to walk to the far end of the hotel to the other elevator or take stairs to my room. The room itself appeared clean, but the furniture was worn and tired. I brought wipes and used them to wipe all surfaces. On my last night I woke to a large cockroach outside my bedroom. I called front desk to have someone come get it and they said no one was available to do so. I put the ice bucket over it. I have travelled to many warm and tropical climates and never had bugs or critters in my room. Lastly, the lock on the balcony door would not lock. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would never stay at or recommend this property.

This was our first time at this hotel. We were very happy with the check in process, the front desk clerk, Terence Jones was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for dinner, and places to visit. The hotel was super clean, the staff is always cleaning the lobby and the breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was really good, the options are a little above a continental breakfast. The room was spacious, clean; the bed was super comfortable which is very important to us. Great shower pressure and water temperature. I will definitely recommend this property. It was satisfying.
