We booked this hotel to relax and have a good family time and the decision was absolutely correct. This resort has something to offer to every age guest. From the adventures ride from parking lot to hotel to excellent cusine to extremely courteous staff to a green environment to swiming pool to animals like horses, ducks, dogs, sheep's. The list is endless. Hotel has so many usp's and is a must stay property. Staff like Anil, jagdish in F&B and especially the GM, Mr. Naval Shekhawat ensures that your stay is great. Unfortunately am unable to recall rest staff names from FO, Housekeeping & Room service. But would like to mention that the seevic standards are just top notch and all staff members always go one step ahead to ensure it. It's a pets paradise, our germna shepherd was given great attention as well. We cannot thank much to team Saraca Corbet and would return soon

Property is very good & different. Jagdish ji guided us properly from our check in to check out. It's a very good mix of nature & luxury. You can leave simply leave all your worries & relax here. Away from crowded places. You can enjoy pool & differnet-2 activities like sports, horse riding, cycling etc.

This was my 4th visit to this hotel simply because we just love it! It’s right in the middle of the jungle away from all the crowded areas of Ramnagar unlike the other properties in Corbett. The location is far better than all those next to the river.. Surprised how they are able to give this 5 star experience at this location! Kudos to the management. Special thanks to Mr. Anil Rawat for taking extra care of us like family whenever we dined, Mr. Ishwar, Mr. Kanchan, Mr. Sat Pal and Mr. Gaurav Chhabra all deserve a special mention. The only thing that can improve is the front desk staff, Mr. Yash Pal is really good at his work but the others- specially Miss. Chitra, do not go with the niceness of the property. People might get stressed if the call gets answered by her.. not so well spoken and presentable, may even start judging the property, but trust me.. it is really good once you’ve crossed the reception 😋 Similar experience with Chef Joshi- who still pacified later. Some people just don’t go with the resort vibe and would do better at corporate/ business hotels. Otherwise the staff is 10/10. Most of them treat it like their home and are very attached to the place. The overall experience was so wonderful that I feel sad even that I had to write bad for two people in particular this time! Hopefully it would help them grow. Must try this place !

Excellent hotel, entire staff was warm and courteous . Food at Azark was great and the serving staff Brij , nitin , Gaurav , deepak and both chefs took great care Mr Satyapal from their nature and outdoor team also took great care Would love to come again sometime later

Very nice Stay. Off beat location. Nice resort and services. Bar service good. They booked the jungle safari for us. We did one more outing to the top of mountain night watch in resort was good my wife did horse riding also. We had great fun time. Restaurant was good.

Saraca resort is the amazing property located in the heart of jungle , we really enjoyed our stay here and it’s a highly enjoyable place for kids and family. Food quality and service is excellent I give special regards & thanks to Jagdish and Ishwar for providing us exceptional service , keep up the good work.

It exceeded our expectations in every way from the location to the rooms to the food to the pool to the people to the landscaping to the amenities. Special shout out to the people there from the night guard Rawat to the Naturalist Satyapal ji to the waiters and managers and Gypsy drivers. Everyone was warm and helpful.

Ride on an open Jypsy from parking to resort was an experience in itself.Check in was swift.Room was spacious with all the amenities including safe deposit locker large bathroom,a private balcony with a sit out.It is jungle everywhere.Best thing was no mobile network except one or two operators .Though there's a high-speed WiFi available everywhere in the resort.Pool is the centre of activity.Bar is right on the pool.A spa from Tattva. Best thing was food.What a delicious food,wide spread of buffet with large varieties of food items.Absolutely delicious.Dinner one can sit and enjoy in an open area outside the restaurant, listening to a guitarist and overlooking the pool area amidst cool breeze which starts picking pace as the night passes away.Away from all the worries,this indeed is a heaven where one can relax and rejuvenate amidst chirruping of the birds.
