Great hotel outside of the main Ravello square. Welcome was extremely warm and friendly. Room was ready as we arrived (and we were early). Room was very big and to a good standard. Everything you would need, we also had a balcony room which was lovely. Pool was quiet with a little bar that did a nice lunch, very reasonably priced. The shuttle service to the square was a god send. We were at a wedding and I was able to use the service to head up to the square for a hair appointment and they came back to pick me up. Breakfast room was a little warm but the choice was pretty varied. We only have one criticism…we ordered a taxi to take us to our next stop in Amalfi (a 20 minute trip) and we were charged €70. Which is outrageous!! If you want a hotel with amazing views but a bit out of the tourist area in Ravello, this is perfect.

This hotel is located near many of Ravello's attractions including Panorama Amalfi Coast, Ceramiche d'Arte Carmela and Villa Cimbrone Gardens.At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Ravello hotel offers parking on site.There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

When my fiancé and I first started thinking about our dream wedding, we never imagined it could actually be as good as our wildest imaginations. We found the Caruso through Belmond's 'boutique micro-wedding' brochure, and reached out to begin planning in February of 2023. The hotel put us in touch with a local wedding planner, and between her and Donatella, the Caruso's event manager, we planned the perfect wedding at the Caruso sight unseen. Needless to say, we were a little apprehensive leading up to the day, but from the moment the Belmond car picked us up in Naples, every moment was perfect. We had 45 guests for our ceremony (at the church across the piazza from the hotel), cocktail reception, dinner (both at the Wagner Gardens), and party (by the infinity pool!). All of them have been raving about the wedding since it happened. Besides seamless virtual wedding planning, the Caruso itself is one of the best hotels we've ever experienced. The setting is otherworldly, the building is historic, but beautifully preserved, and above all, the service is incredible. Every employee we encountered at the Caruso was unfailingly kind and charming. The staff at the bar remembered us from the first day, the front desk helped us with a thousand little things (lost luggage, misplaced jewelry, laundry, dinner plans, etc. etc.) and more. My now-husband often says that if we had stayed one more day at the Caruso, we would have been permanently spoiled for all other hotels!

This is a lovely B&B. The host was super helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very light and airy. Our room overlooked a car park so at no time could we really have the curtain open without anyone seeing inside. Indeed you could not really open the curtain. Not a huge downside as we did not spend much time inside during the day, but there it is. Our room had a connecting door, which was no issue until the third night when the child of the next door occupants screamed like she was being slowly dismembered. This door did mean the sound carried. Also there is a market every Tuesday, which sets up at about 6.00am, so do not plan on sleeping in that day. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Il Ducato. Ravello is a very pretty place, busy as always, and very up and down. Bear this in mind for getting around, and maybe think about booking restaurants in advance.

We spent one night in Ravello - we had actually booked another hotel who then asked us to cancel as they had overbooked … we were so pleased to have found Toro as an alternative & it would seem much better than our first choice. It’s a lovely small hotel just off the Duomo Square with friendly welcoming staff. Very comfortable room with well equipped en suite. I loved being able to just read outside on the covered raised lawn area & we had breakfast outside on the rear patio - such a range to choose from & very relaxed. Ravello is beautiful & Toro a perfect place to enjoy it from.

This was the best experience for us, we had several rooms booked since we were In Ravello for a wedding. Antonio was always so quick to reply to my emails anytime I had questions or needed to change things, I almost thought it was too good to be true till we arrived and we were amazed at everything. The view, the service, clean and very cold rooms to wonderful breakfast every morning. There was nothing negative about this place and highly recommended it.

花園酒店的地理位置就很優越 就在bus站門口。 酒店配備快速電梯通往泳池和房間。 餐廳和前台同層 具備絕佳的欣賞美景的位置 一般的餐食也是15-26以內 沒有因為地段亂加價。 並且在我退房後 酒店阿姨issue我可以使用他們的泳池。 不是因為我享受的這個福利才讚揚他們的設施。 是真的 我沒去任何角落 就算沒有服務生留守 都有供客人使用的毛巾 或是跟進。 飯店的泳池 真的是要花錢入住一次才知道什麼是幽靜！ 我所見到的 花園酒店這一路有好幾家飯店 泳池都是很吵 而且是在馬路上 也沒有隱私性！ 這家花園酒店的非常幽靜 並且注重隱私 還配備snackbar 在泳池的下一次！ 非常推薦！
