Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Saxony, Germany

Location for hotel was perfect. Very near to Dresden Central Station. Lots of shopping areas just below the hotel and nearby. The room is abit small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. From hotel to the main attraction are within walking distance.

the room is facing the cathedral with a good view. room is clean and big convenient to all the museums and scenic spots as well as restaurants and railway station. all at walking distance.

Zuzahlung für einen Saunabesuch bei einem 4Sterne Hotel in einer nicht akzeptablen Höhe Wir hatten nicht korrekt gebucht, dass hätte man uns an der Rezption beim Einchecken sagen und den Aufpreis erwähnen sollen und nicht beim Auschecken damit konfrontieren

Hotel have ideal location for the trip to the airport and visit to the city. Breakfest is googld. Hotel is very clean.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und der Fußgängerzone, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, sodass der Tag perfekt starten konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt und sehr praktisch. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Don't book for the advertised ”breakfast included”, way tooooo crowded and had to wait in a long queue for breakfast. Didn't bother to queue up for breakfast. Money wasted. To just to come downstairs to the ground floor for breakfast takes 5-10 minutes in the morning, waiting for the inefficient elevator system. No good sound isolation, noise in the early morning from 5 am onwards from shops loading downstairs.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage in Görlitz. Uns ist schon bewusst das es nicht gerade einfach ist 100% Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu realisieren. Uns sind Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, zum Beispiel waren beide Zahnputzgläser schmutzig. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich.

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.
