The hotel is well located in the heart of katra and within walking distance to main market of katra and railway station (1. 3km. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Bathroom is clean and has all amenities that a 5 star provides. The staff is very helpful and ever smiling, especially the restaurant staff provided wonderful service. The reception staff was also very co operative and helped with early check in. The food at the buffet breakfast and dinner was of top quality and all dishes were tasty and well prepared. A good experience that will definitely motivate us to visit again

It was a great stay at bhawan international, the property is at good location and very much near to the local katra market, everything was good except the staff, the staff was not at all cooperative. But overall it was a great stay there. Thanks

A well built property newly opened in Katra. The property has nice spacious rooms and huge bathrooms. A big and huge play zone. A lot of walking area and has a separate area to plan functions. However, the hotel needs to work a bit on the hospitality. The service is pretty slow not only in house keeping but also in dining restaurant. It is quite away from the main market. The only way to commute is hotel taxi and they don’t have that good availability around it. You can get an auto in return but the area is not that safe. Thank you Tapesh for managing all the transfers for us and also helping us having a pleasant stay. Thank you Chef Nitin for the awesome breakfast.

Our two-night stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. Its proximity to the railway station makes it an ideal choice for those arriving by train, though the pricing is slightly higher compared to other nearby options. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, with minimal disturbances throughout our stay. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The only major issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. It struggled to cool the room quickly, and the settings had to be adjusted manually. Despite calling the technician three times to lower the temperature, the cooling process remained slow, which was inconvenient and unexpected

A boutique Hotel with elegant , clean and spacious rooms. The staff as usual was courteous especially Mr Maqbool and Mr Sonu who always are there to take that extra initiative to make your trip pleasurable and memorable one .

One of the worst hotel possibly one can stay for the following reasons : 1. We were travelling with infants and kids and made sure before booking that food will available as and when required since small kids are there . We were assured of the same . To our horror, the kitchen is outsourced . YES , it’s outsourced and it closes at 10:30 in the night and you can’t even get a cup of tea before 8:00 in the morning . 2. Food quality was pathetic . Upma, poha all seemed rotten and tasted sour . Everything else very very oily . The buffet was limited to only to maximum 3 things 3. The staff is exceptionally rude and ill mannered . Each and every staff was hardly bothered about guests need 4. There are termites in the room of one of my friends and had to change in the night . 5. Some guests even complained that at 2AM in the morning staff used MASTER Key and opened the room and very rudely informed that by mistake the room was wrongly alloyed to them and they are suppose to be shifted to another room . HORRIFIC Guys save you precious time, money and patience and AVOID staying in this hotel/piece of crap .
