庶民にはなかなか躊躇する正規料金のため今回のgo toトラベルで初めて予約。全然空きが無くキャンセル待ち設定を何度もチャレンジし、やっと取れた！と2ヶ月も前からとても楽しみにしてました。しかし突然のgo toトラベル中止。ショックのなか県内在住者向けの補助金があると聞き、予約をやり直し。宿の会計は現金のみだとの事でカード決済し当日伺うと、事前カード決済は県の補助対象外だと。県はカード決済を対象外にしていないはず。というか、現金だろうがカード決済だろうが補助金負担するのは県で、宿が負担するわけでは無いのに、宿が対象かどうか決めるのはどうなんでしょう？キャッシュレスが推進されてる中でクレカもスマホ決済に対応しないのも時代錯誤だし、顧客目線じゃないなという印象。 それから、ボストンバッグを2個持っていたのですが男性スタッフは知らん顔で年配の女性が1個だけ持ってくれたので、仕方なく主人が自分で運んだ。確かに2個は重いけど、他の宿だとこちらが遠慮しても運んでくれるので、特に声かけもなくビックリした。 到着からモヤっとしたので印象があまり良くなかったが、部屋は文句無しに素晴らしかった。食事も豪華で美味しかったし、接客も良かったです。ただ、吹雪の中食事会場まで雪道を歩くのはキツかった。まぁ部屋食にしたら子連れや酔っ払いが汚すから仕方ないのかな。

The best place to stay in Tottori and maybe even japan. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. Great location and beautiful view. The staff were superb, super friendly and accommodating. Had an amazing dinner every night of my stay. Would most definitely come back again. already missing this place!!

Location is excellent, staff are very helpful and super friendly. Rooms are clean and quite. Within a few minutes are many places to eat and shopping. Right across the street is a very good Izakaya.

2018년 12월에 처음 요나고를 방문했었고 약 5년만에 하늘길이 다시 열려 부모님 모시고 재방문하였습니다. 가이케온천때문에 요나고를 찾은건데 5년전도, 현재도 너무 좋은 기억만 만들고 갑니다. 온천도 좋았지만 조식부페, 유카타체험 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 또 갈게요.

Old hotel but reconstructed. Bathroom has been raised. ( 50 to 60 cms) above ground. Not a problem for young but to an elderly person it is a concern. Room lights are dark. Cozy yes- but need better illumination to do packing and unpacking. Breakfast buffet was the same repeated menu had Japanese and western selection. Laundry do have a column for under garments but when it was given there was a resistance from the collector.

社長のフォークソングライブを15年ぶりに観させていただき感動しました！ 15年前私は30台後半でした。　当時宿泊したその晩、思いっきり呑み過ぎて若気の至りで社長が歌ってらっしゃるのに大声で神田川とか一緒に歌って迷惑おかけした事をずっと後悔していました。 年を経て、じっくり社長の歌声や演奏を聴くとその素晴らしさがよくわかりました。 私の大好きな曲、なごり雪。 また今度、宿泊した時に聴ければ嬉しいです。 色々なホテルとか旅館を利用しましたがこのような心が温かくなるようなイベントをされている所はあまりありません

We stayed here for two nights to enjoy Tottori. We immediately had the feeling that not many english speeking foreigner come here, but this could just be us. - location: the hotel is close to tottori station which is very good for travellers to take a bus or train to get around. - Room: the room was very spacious. Ours was a mix of old western hotels and with some Japanese elements. It looked a bit dated, but they normally do have more updated rooms if necessary. - Service: the staff was very friendly and they did their best to speak English. - Breakfast: breakfast was more basic then i expected, but still good. I actually want to recommend the vending machines at the entrance of the spa. They have a lot of options in the machines, which we didn't have in other hotels. TIP: try the ice cream and milk in their vending machines (milk from the area) if its still available. There is also a small shop with local products. Overall good hotel that offers comfortable spacious rooms for a good price.

Just 3 min walk from Yonago Station, right on the main street! I booked this stay on Rakuten Travel and paid less than 3000 per night for a single. The room was supposed to have to window because of how cheap it was, but I got an upgrade to a regular room with street view. Part of the hotel is renovated (walls, sink, washlet) so it's pretty pleasant. Just that the toilet seat fell on me at 1st because the staff did not tell me I have to pull the entire washlet out because it does not fit the bathroom dimensions. As a clean freak a toilet seat falling on me repeatedly was a straight out nightmare. Anyway, the hotel staff was incredibly nice, and I could store my bag here until late at night, so I am thankful. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep at night because of noisy people out on the street (there were many bars around so many drunk people at night), even though I was on 6th floor. By the way the receptionist is some kinda superhuman- I saw him at all times of day and night and it very much seemed he is working 24/7. Wow.

以前のホテルからのスマイルホテルでした。部屋に入ると、机の上にドライヤー、メモ用紙などありとあらゆるものが所狭しと並んでいたので、鍵の置き場にも困るような感じ。引き出しがあるので入れたら・・。 朝食はこの時期には珍しく（ごめんなさい）バイキング形式でした。とてもおいしく頂きました。
