I was unaware of the $200 deposit prior to check in when I got in the team member on shift was argumentative and rude and refused to be of any service to me. When asked to call the supervisor they refused and told me that the supervisor was in a meeting at 8:30 PM

Dirty comforter, dirty light switches, TP on bathroom floor, Filthy carpet, Drinks spilled down walls, Dirty rag between bathroom cabinet and mini fridge.Live beedle in my bed sheets! Would not stay here again

also a convenient location. check out the local restaurants that are nearby. the greek and mexican restaurants were amazing. don't love that i need 200 characters to fill in this box. ummmm, staff are very friendly.

Sheets were clean. Bed was saggy. Sink didn’t drain, nail clippings and hair in room. Sticky fridge. Heater/AC was too stinky to keep on. tub drain was slimy. Room carpet was nasty. All ice machines broken.

Spent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We booked this hotel to see family. Thought the reviews were not bad so seemed decent. Got here and waited about 15 minutes for any staff to show up to check us in. When I explained the phone had rang several times while the lady was away she seemed irritated with me. Room is small. Got a jacuzzi suite and it was very comfortable. The water was warm and we got to relax. TV ran by wifi. Wifi went out several times so that made a boring night. Phone did not work. Oh well. King sized bed was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very sad. Room was small and options were few. Thankfully there is a Tim Hortons in the parking lot for good coffee and some breakfast. Staff not wearing gloves when touching food and using her hand to wipe off counters then touching the food. Probably won’t be my first choice when coming back.

Good overall for the value breakfast isn’t too impressive at all which they can work on I’m sure. Front desk staff were excellent and made the stay more pleasurable but management needs to attend the lacking breaky that is included.
