Service is a bit slow for check-in and there is no ice machine. These are my major complaints about this hotel. It is clean and well-situated so it's good for business travellers.

Woodspring is always clean and tidy in the room. Never disappoints. What I like about their rooms is that they have an equipped kitchen ready for cooking. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. You’d wanna bring your own shower gel though. Bed is just good for one person, two might be a bit too crowded.

Front desk staff is very inefficient - it takes forever to get checked in. My most recent room had used plastic cups in the bathroom. No ice machine and no cold water dispenser on property. There is no way a person can make ice cubes fast enough for a short stay. Not enough towels. Bed is high off ground, even in an accessible room. I am not in a wheelchair but if I were I have no idea how I would get in and out of the bed.

垃圾酒店，服務態度很差！裏面住的各種黑人、老墨和奇形怪狀的客人！酒店隔壁是墓地！樓上樓下總會發出各種噪音！臨走前一晚和酒店協商好第二天付款45美金延遲退房到14:00，但是第二天早上臨時反悔,我無法趕回，於是酒店直接扣了當天的全天房費，回來找他們理論，前台一幅無所謂的表情，就是扣了，沒辦法！最後還是攜程仗義，幫我彌補了損失！不推薦！不推薦！

環境：隔壁是墓地，可能老外無所謂，。購物方便附近有Costco

首先入住時間是3PM，我2PM到達之後跟前台説明還沒有到入住時間，我能否使用一下大堂的公共衞生間（因為衞生間門有密碼鎖），前台給我的回答是“公共衞生間衹提供給酒店入住的客人使用”，我當場石化。退房後莫名其妙從我信用卡扣了二十幾刀的費用，聯繫攜程客服去詢問情況，酒店回覆説是我打了十通長途電話，我真的很無語。我壓根都沒在意房間內有沒有電話機，更別説去使用了！酒店非咬定我使用了，我衹能跟攜程客服説算了不糾結了，這樣的酒店衹能説百年一遇。雖然最終也沒能挽回這筆**扣款，但是攜程客服的態度還是值得肯定，説是出於抱歉願意替我分擔一半的損失，儘管我表示婉拒了，他們還是將款項打入了我的攜程錢包。所以提醒大家避雷，如果非要入住一定要留個心眼在退房時跟前台明確賬單，我是習慣自助退房，這回還真給我遇上了！🥲
