Best Western Premier Novina Hotel Regensburg

Except for the location (close to the highway and to the city centre, if you have a car) and the friendly stuff, I wouldn't come again to this hotel. They put a notice that due to Bavaria Corona policy, the rooms won't be cleaned. This is absolutely not true, I've been at other hotels in Bavaria in the meantime, all of them were regularly cleaned. Now the worst part: the kettle and the the cups are in the wardrobe together with all the blankets, etc. You guys couldn't put the set on the table for instance?! And the spoons were not clean, they had dry coffee stains so I had to wash them by myself! Please do your job when cleaning the rooms! Finally, the room for the breakfast was extremely dirty, when I went there at around 9:30. Not to mention that 5 people were taking care of the buffet and yet we had to wait 15 minutes until it gets refilled. The one coffee machine was broken, so we had to stay in line in front of the only one which was working. Terrible experience overall, never again! Not worth the price at all!

I booked this hotel for a group of 24 people from Australia, it was a little out from Regensburg CBD but it was a very night quite area. Rooms were very nice, restaurant breakfast/Dinner(set menu) very nice, we used their bar facilities most nights and was happy with the service. Enjoyed the stay would recomend.

Excellent stay and value for money in a quality hotel. Superb staff who were most helpful. Flexible on check in despite me arriving early. Hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable and facilities are great. Wi-Fi very fast. Location is great for those travelling on autobahn. The one downside is a low number of facilities nearby, but this does justify a pleasant walk into the town centre (20-mins). I will definitely stay here again when I return for business. Highly recommended.
