Great hotel located in Reims. We struggled to find somewhere to eat on the night we stayed bearing in mind it was a Saturday night. The team who welcomed us to the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal for a one night stop. We did not try the breakfast as it was 60 euros for a family of four. The room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel has a garage to park your car for an extra charge. The garage does have an EV charger.

We needed to find a stop over between the Tunnel and the Alps for a biking holiday. This hotel has an excellent garage which you can drive into with bikes on the roof - nice and secure. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is a good start to the day

It is a Nice hotel in a quiet street close to the center. Parking in the street is free. Is is highly recommended.

We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! Our room was in what seemed to be the newer block, over the road from the main reception area and pool. It was on the ground floor, with security shutters, a safe, air-con. and a large bathroom with double shower. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea and coffee in the room and it was super clean! The lady on reception spoke good English and helped us to navigate the best route into the city centre, (20 min. walk) and onto the Notre Dame Cathedral, (a further 10 minutes). We made the most of our stay with a visit to The Museum of the Surrender and a tour of the Taittenger Champagne House too. Thank you Au Tambour for a wonderful stay and final stop on our French road trip!

We stayed here on our way to Disneyland. 2 Adults and 2 children in July 2024. Communication with the hotel before our trip was excellent - I was able to book a space in the secure garage via email and ask about the Air de Crit requirement for Reims (not really needed for this hotel as miss most of the exclusion zone). Very quick responses and efficient. Upon arrival check in was so quick and efficient. We were shown where the garage was (just a few doors up the road) and advised of the pool opening times and breakfast etc. Our room was in the newer bullying over the road, room 44 and what a room it was. Absolutely amazing use of space, we had what seemed like half of the top floor for our room which was more of an apartment with large bathroom/ toilet, closet area and two large (super comfy) double beds in the main room. Had a fridge and air con in the room and blackout velux for night time. Only con for the room Is that its on the top floor up two flights of Winding stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues - not an issue for us though and the lovely polite guy who works there (I think he’s called Anderson?) offered to help us with our luggage if we needed. Our children used the outdoor pool until 8pm when it closes, it was lovely. Not heated but it was 33 degrees outside so nice and refreshingly cool. Breakfast was limited Choice in a small room but provided tasty croissants and the staff were so very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return if we’re ever in Reims again.

Nice hotel with a small pool which unfortunately we didn't use because of the weather. Is what I would call motel style, but the room was ok - a little dated but clean, and a comfy bed. There was a safe in the room and roller shutters on the windows for extra security, or darkness. The bathroom was big - lovely walk in shower but had a tendency to smell stale due to lack of ventilation. The main criticisms would be the towels which were really quite small, but they were refreshed every day, and the hairdryer - I found it difficult to use without burning my arm on the tube. That said, the staff were more than helpful, breakfast more than adequate and parking outside the hotel, or inside their (paid) garage no problem at all. 15 minute stroll into Reims, or reception staff happy to order taxis if you need them
