Friendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars... The train station is not too far either I'd book there again

Very nice hotel with great location. Clean, nice room. People at hotel are friendly and helpful. But one side of building, the corridor is a bit dark. Need to change the lamp to the lighter one. Automatic lamp works a bit slow. I am a bit afraid to walk on corridor.

First impressions coming off the main road was that it was going to be very noisy, considering it's next to the main train station as well and that it was not in a nice area, but from the back, we quickly realised it's a very good location close to the city centre and it was actually very quiet. The reception area is welcoming with a nice vibe, bar, games and a pool table. The room sound proofing is pretty good and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a bit like being on an aeroplane, pretty tight, but does the job. Negatives: The running of the reception is a shambles and they do not know what they are doing. Our bill had so many errors on it, they didn't know what was going on. We had drinks on the bill that we had already paid, were charged for breakfast that we didn't have and then I was charged twice for other bar charges which they refused to refund, saying the payments had been declined, even though I could show them there and then the 2 payments already taken from my bank account. I am still waiting for a response from the manager Jean Baptiste Couard regarding a refund, which I do not trust in. I was told he would contact me in the morning and I've heard nothing. In addition, the parking 'offer' for the carpark at €10 is a rip off if your are not parked solidly all day every day and we ended up paying much more over 4 days than we would have done going in and out. Overall, a disappointing end to a lovely trip in Reims.

Great location at a very reasonable price. It is just a 5 min walk from the train station. Recep was very friendly and helpful. Love that the room was big with space for me to roll out my yoga mat comfortably for some stretching. Happy that there’s a heater in the bathroom because it can get very cold in the room. Down side: this room comes with absolutely no amenities. You will need to come prepared with all your toiletries.

We have stayed here before 10 years ago. Great location. You can walk everywhere in Reims from here. We used the secure parking (extra charge at 11€ a day which was fine by us). Bed comfortable. Nice quiet room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff and quite relaxed. They were quite happy with us ordering a takeaway in the evening and us eating it in the common areas. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt und ist leicht zu finden . Das Spa gehört scheinbar nicht zum Hotel ist aber im selben Haus gelegen und 14:00 Uhr so dass wir es nicht benutzen konnten. Empfang so freundlich professionell schnell. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt weil man sofort um die Ecke französischen im Straßencafe frühstücken kann. Es gibt ein Parkplatz für uns leider nicht nutzbar weil wir ankamen. Aber die Hotelrezeption hat uns möglich gemacht einen anderen zu finden. Insgesamt haben wir sehr gut geschlafen die Klimaanlage war auch gut eingestellt. 

Отель удобно расположен в центре. Очень приятный персонал на ресепшн. Уборка была каждый день. Круглосуточное заселение и доступ в отель. В номере было тепло - работал обогреватель. Ремонт уставший, но для помыться и поспать подходит более чем.

We loved this hotel. It’s just off the main pedestrianised drag. You have to pass through a rather dingy tunnel but then you enter a pretty little courtyard and a charming hotel. The thing we loved was that it was like it had been caught in a time trap: unchanged for decades. An old fashioned lift; real brass door keys; a staircase carpet scuffed by generations of visitors. The rooms are small but perfect for our short stop and at a surprisingly good price!

Rooms and Bathroom are Comfortable and Spacious. Hotel is very Clean and Well maintained . Breakfast is decent .Restaurant at the Hotel is good. The sleep quality is very good . Beds and Mattresses are very nice to sleep. Layout of the Room is keeping in mind the comfort of the Guest. The staff at the reception were very helpful and check-in process was very easy .The reception Staff also helped us with the Main sightseeing places and gave us a map and suggested some good places to eat and drink. The Location of the Hotel is a bit away from the main city centre. Hotel is located About 15 Minutes Walk from Reims Cathedral .The name of the Hotel and description suggests that the Hotel is located just next to the Reims Cathedral which is not very accurate. Every time we had to take a taxi to the main city Centre as its not very easily walkable
