Hôtel bien situé. Très bon accueil des réceptionnistes. Rien à redire sur la propreté de l'hôtel. Hôtel très propre, ayant pu m'entretenir avec la gouvernante, je tiens à la féliciter elle et son équipe pour le travail qu'elles s'appliquent à fournir avec le plus grand soin et rigueur pour le bien-être du client. BRAVO 👍. HOTEL que je recommande vivement. Pas essayé le petit déjeuner.

This hotel, although marked with 4 stars, really does not deserves it. And even if the staff is explaining you that it will be redecorated soon, the amenities, decoration and many other details, except the price, are giving you the idea that they confused the perception of the value and price. The walls and wooden pieces in corridors are damaged. The staff is not so pleasant (at least the girl at the reception). I have the loyalty card from the group, and on my question if the day of departure we can stay one hour late she answered no, but they will allow us to stay till noon and even keep our luggage!!!!! Excuse me!!??? This is our right, and not your generosity!

Friendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars... The train station is not too far either I'd book there again

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

Very nice hotel with great location. Clean, nice room. People at hotel are friendly and helpful. But one side of building, the corridor is a bit dark. Need to change the lamp to the lighter one. Automatic lamp works a bit slow. I am a bit afraid to walk on corridor.

First impressions coming off the main road was that it was going to be very noisy, considering it's next to the main train station as well and that it was not in a nice area, but from the back, we quickly realised it's a very good location close to the city centre and it was actually very quiet. The reception area is welcoming with a nice vibe, bar, games and a pool table. The room sound proofing is pretty good and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a bit like being on an aeroplane, pretty tight, but does the job. Negatives: The running of the reception is a shambles and they do not know what they are doing. Our bill had so many errors on it, they didn't know what was going on. We had drinks on the bill that we had already paid, were charged for breakfast that we didn't have and then I was charged twice for other bar charges which they refused to refund, saying the payments had been declined, even though I could show them there and then the 2 payments already taken from my bank account. I am still waiting for a response from the manager Jean Baptiste Couard regarding a refund, which I do not trust in. I was told he would contact me in the morning and I've heard nothing. In addition, the parking 'offer' for the carpark at €10 is a rip off if your are not parked solidly all day every day and we ended up paying much more over 4 days than we would have done going in and out. Overall, a disappointing end to a lovely trip in Reims.

Great location at a very reasonable price. It is just a 5 min walk from the train station. Recep was very friendly and helpful. Love that the room was big with space for me to roll out my yoga mat comfortably for some stretching. Happy that there’s a heater in the bathroom because it can get very cold in the room. Down side: this room comes with absolutely no amenities. You will need to come prepared with all your toiletries.

Great 1 night stopover spent here. Basic but spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning . Good value breakfast. Receptionist very friendly and extremely helpful, she explained how tram system worked so we were able to leave our car in hotel car park and visit Rheims city on morning of our departure. Initially we were put off by sewerage type smell on corridor to our room however the room itself smelt fine. We realised on leaving next day that muck spreading must have been going on in surrounding countryside and presumably that had contaminated the corridor. Tram B leaves from right outside hotel (end of line)and takes you into city centre within 1/2 hour - Get off at L’Opera stop for the cathedral. Ticket machines are at the tram stops and take cards or coins(good way to get rid of the last of holiday change!) It was about €1:90 each way. Don’t forget to validate your ticket, tap it against the machine onboard the tram.

We have stayed here before 10 years ago. Great location. You can walk everywhere in Reims from here. We used the secure parking (extra charge at 11€ a day which was fine by us). Bed comfortable. Nice quiet room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff and quite relaxed. They were quite happy with us ordering a takeaway in the evening and us eating it in the common areas. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.
