Hotel berhampiran CIREFE (Centre International Rennais d＇Etudes de Français pour Etrangers), Rennes

Situé très proche de la gare et donc du métro, l'hôtel est idéalement situé. Pour avoir dormit dans certains campaniles ont est plus sur le standing d'un Ibis style que d'un campanile ”classique” donc une bonne surprise. Rien à dire sur la chambre et la literie qui était très bien. Aucun bruit ou nuisance à signaler. C'est donc un sans fautes pour un prix raisonnable.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per due notte. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e dotata di un piccolo cucinino. Al mio arrivo il personale è stato gentilissimo. Lo consiglierei soprattutto a chi è con l’auto, poiché è lontano dal centro, ma la metro è a una ventina di minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze della struttura c’è la fermata del pullman.

I wanted a hotel to be near my daughter in student accommodation. There really isn’t another hotel anywhere near so I had no choice. I have to stay there again in a few months time and I will take a kettle and a European plug adapter as there aren’t any USB ports in the room. There isn’t a kettle in the room but there is a machine for hot n cold water in reception- just be aware that it can be quite busy in the foyer area at times and so I felt a little uncomfortable making my drink! There isn’t a lift but the stairs were not steep. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet n pillows were super soft. The carpet/ Lino was very worn and needs replacing - I was glad I took my slippers! Shower was a French-style in-the-bath type so no super-luxury bathroom sorry! Room was quiet and private. It had a large window with a decent curtain and had an adjustable radiator. Smart flat-screen TV worked fine. So overall it was okay apart from the carpets and lack of kettle. The receptionists were really helpful and polite. They all speak several languages. Someone is on reception 24/7. You can buy drinks there and I had a pitcher of wine. They charge 13€ for breakfast which I didn’t have as I thought that was expensive for a basic hotel. I think the hotel is used for conferences during the day. Parking was right outside main entrance and it seemed to be safe.

The hotel has two buildings that are about one block away from each other. The satellite (maybe newer?) building has no front desk staff. So when you need anything, including check in/out and store luggage, you'd have to walk (i.e. dragging your bags) for a block. While both buildings are about a block from the train station, you do need to walk more than two blocks if you are in the other building. Still, not too bad. The staff is professional and nice. The rooms are small but typical by European standards. Doesn't bother me much a a solo traveler without too much luggage. But the bathroom is so small that I can't sit straight on the toilet because it's too close to the wall. The buildings are old, but the interior seems to just gone through a complete renovation. Very modern and new, which is nice. Someone mentioned curtains. It actually has motorized shutters that completely shut off light. So dark that I almost overslept through my appointment. The trick is that it's controlled by a switch not very obvious. I needed a cleaning staff's help to find it. Breakfast costs 11 euros. Don't know what's like. Probably better off just go with the bakery next to the main building. The deal breaker is its terrible WiFi service. They use a browser log in service that can't seems to maintain connection. At times, I had to log back on every other minute! To be honest, I would consider they don't have a working WiFi service in that condition. I saw someone complained about it before. If they don't bother fix it, I will not stay there, period.

Le personnel fait le job, l'hôtel est calme, la literie était bien, c'était bien des lits jumeaux comme ce que j'avais demandé, la chambre propre et la salle de bain aussi, il y avait le strict nécessaire mais c'était très bien. C'est plutôt éloigné le métro n'est pas très accessible à pied. Je n'avais pas reçu mon code secret pour accéder à l'hôtel et la chambre hors l'automate était en panne. J'ai fait d'autres déplacements professionnels dans des hôtel malgré le covid, et pour le petit-déjeuner il y a d'autres façons de faire que de tout réduire à un personnel qui doit vous servir et vous suivre avec votre plateau, avec des portions industrielles individualisées tout sous plastique, et donc faire perdre l'autonomie de sa clientèle.

Un accueil super accueillant ......! Super l'appartement tout ce qu'il faut comme chez soi . Le bémol il manque une planche à découper en cuisine et j'ai trouvé pas assez de puissance pour le jet de douche . Sinon c'était parfais je suis très contente . Un petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix franchement rien à en dire le personnel super accueillant et souriant ....! Merci à vous 😃.....!

We stayed at the Adagio on the 8 & 9th of April. We had booked with breakfast and reserved Parking. Checking was simple as I pre-checked in online before arrival. The parking is easy to find ,but you need to quickly go to Reception to get a temporary fob to open the gate, once parked you go back to Reception and they hand you your keys with a car park fob. Breakfast is continental, could do with more to choose from (hence 4 star) . Everything is clean and functional. The bedding is comfortable (I have Fibromyalgia).We did not cook but if you wanted, the basics are there. The staff is very pleasant, both at Reception and Breakfast. Bonus, if you need, they offer a Food order service of catering dishes you can pre-order before 12:00. City centre is all within walking distance and there are good bus services if needed. We certainly would use again.

Je ne recherche pas le luxe quand je me rends dans ce genre d hôtel où les prix sont très abordables mais pour en avoir fait quelques uns ce première classe Rennes chantepie est une catastrophe Bon la personne qui nous accueille gentille mais juste le stricte minimum le gars il fait son job sourire serait trop demandé... Mais bon on s'en fout on est là pour dormir enfin pour essayer de dormir.... Parce que la nuit un cauchemar du bruit toute la nuit des personnes restaient dans les lieux communs et les téléphones qui sonnent et on parle comme si on n'est tout seul bref le vrai bordel... La Chambre, bon le lit en lui même ça à été, mais très petite même pas une table et chaise rien la salle de bain alors entre le distributeur de papier toilette qui est fixé à ras le sol il faut se péter le dos pour prendre du pq et la douche ba pas génial j'ai vu une réponse précédemment ou le Mr disait que le tuyau de douche relié au lavabo était fréquent en hôtellerie à ba peut être mais ça reste très con parce qu'on ne peut forcément pas fermer le rideau de douche et donc on met de l eau partout et pour couronner le tout après mon mari et bien j'ai eu le droit à 2 min d eau chaude ! Lendemain matin petit dej franchement buffet à volonté à 5,50 e Oui ba à revoir les choses à manger pain au lait, pain et brioche voilà rien de plus pas de viennoiseries pas de biscottes pas de pâte à tartiner pas de miel bref tout pour ne pas trop se prendre la tête dans cet hôtel Je ne le recommande vraiment pas

5 out of 5 The room and bathroom were spacious, there is ample storage space, two wardrobes and a safe (which is free to use) is in one wardrobe, there is even a hidden mini kitchen area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was it has parking and for €10 it’s well worth it for peace of mind if you’ve got a car full of fishing gear, make sure you request parking when you book though. It’s in a great location, a nice bar called La Piste is at the end of the road but as you walk into the centre, which takes about 10 minutes, you pass many other cafes and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but you could definitely stay for longer.

Chambre 2 personnes à 50€ en juillet . Parking gratuit et privée . Bien accueillis . Chambre et salle d’eau propre ( télé avec toutes les chaînes ) . Manque de place mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant . Le départ à midi très pratique pour les grasses mat! 8h30 départ de beaucoup de clients … portes qui claques… (Petit dej 8.50€ ) nous déjeunons pas mais distributeur de boissons froides et chaude dans le hall très pratique pour moins de 2€. Nous reviendrons ! Rapport qualité prix parfait !
