Super hotel 😍

Superbe hôtel très bien placé. Restaurant avec une très belle vue, des plats copieux et vraiment bons. Un petit bémol sur le service mais c’est le début il faut que cela se mette en place.

3 jours resté la bas aucun femme ménage est passé ! Réservation pour une familles de 4 qui seulement 2 serviettes. Chambre minuscule, piscine minuscule et uniquement avec rdv. Pour 1 heures max. produits de hygiène fournis mais vraiment minuscule la quantités 2 papiers toilettes pour 4 personnes pour 3 jours en peu juste non😁. Obligé de demandé à la réception du papiers toilettes. Quelle honte pour un hôtel comme ça. La ville est même pas très sécurisé. Ci vous connaissez pas la région comme moi. J'ai vous conseille de prendre un hôtel vers Saint- Malo.

Mama left the house, leaving the children in charge. I adored the energy and enthusiasm of the staff but they were so young that at multiple time I received an awful client service (I had to interrupt the waitress while what sapping at the bar after waiting for 20 min, one of a few more example)

It looks like a nice hotel with big room, but almost nothing provided inside the room, no tea or coffee maker, no even shower gel, they charge you 5 eur for slippers

Is worst stay we had experienced as seasonal traveller for biz and leisure. The hotel does not provide basic amenities which you should have even from 1-2 stars hotel. We seriously wonder how this hotel is rated as 4 star and charged the rate they do when they provided worse services and amenities for hotel guests. Hotel charge guest on tooth brush and toothpaste and charge on slippers. Worst above all, no water kettle in the room as it was claimed only for executive room guests.. so any hot water needs get yourself from the bar. Again, a good excuse to charge you for coffee since none hot water nor coffee provided in room. And instead of proper hair shampoo n conditioner, one tiny soap is provided for body wash and hair wash!! The breakfast is crap, we staying 5 nights and everyday same food no a single change. Unlike most of true 3-4 star hotels, there some effort made to change menu for bf for some. There also list of safety hazards, when took hot water downstairs, they let you carry super hot water in a tin pot which can burn ur hand in 30 sec w hot water inside. Bf Restaurant has low hanging light just hit ur head every time u sit n stand up… I do want to say the staff is relatively responsive but unfortunately all the poor policy mama shelter decided for their guests on amenities show little care for customer just all about making money and profit. It left super bad taste not just to us but all friends staying the same hotel with us. We will ban this chain n brand

Interesting decor, well equipped good sized rooms and great central location. The roof top restaurant food quality benefit from improvement.

The most beautiful people work at this hotel, beautiful both inside and out. I felt truly cared for and safe and even loved. The hotel was top notch and classy without being unfriendly or snobby, the interior decor of the room was beyond gorgeous. The entire experience of staying at Mama Shelter brought me joy. I highly recommend it.

Very quiet and safe. The pool are spa was super clean and the pool temperature was perfect. Comfortable bed and a/c climate control was superb.

Great please very high end for the area, very good location basically in the middle of everything, cab will drop you off in the public parking lot 10 meters for the main entrance, security at the doors in the evening huge court yard with out door seating, secret bar open late. All access to the floors is by room card only so nice and safe. Pool is by reservation only so make it at time of check in it’s very nice and clean so is the sauna. Rooftop restaurant is also very cool DJ and blah blah blah very trendy. If you have small kids make sure to put the child lock on the tv as all the movies are free including some the kids shouldn’t be watching. We went with 2 kids (pre teen and teen) they enjoyed. Also by the check in desk there are some items for sale for adults so just keep to you left when you walk to the elevators, 50 euro a night deposit ***, no shampoo provided no nose napkins soap was there this not an issue there is a mini mart 2 min away or take some with you. Every Saturday huge massive farmers market basically at the entrance to the hotel absolutely amazing, raw seafood, fruits veggies and so much more. At the other end cooked foods cold cuts and breads, baked goods
