"Just a short walk from the train station, the hotel is ideally located. The superior room is decent with a nice street view. The bed is large, but the mattress creaks and is very soft. Breakfast is adequate, however, there was no bread at 8:30 a.m. and 20 minutes before it was brought. Lack of follow-up at breakfast. Pleasant welcome at reception."

"Small but comfortable room. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is convenient, good for getting back on the road quickly. On the other hand, it was too hot in the room; there was no way to lower the temperature with the air conditioning; we had to open the window all night. No elevator, two floors to climb with suitcases, a bit difficult if you're alone."

"The room's decor, rather minimalist, lacks warmth. Only one chair (for a double room) but two TVs (?) In the bathroom, the mirror didn't turn on, and therefore there was no lighting above the sink. I also regretted that the room didn't have a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities."

"Facilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths). Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the ”news” in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)"

"The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience"
