Great staff. She was really accommodating. Better place than motel 6 that's for sure. Is not a 5 start place but really decent. I'll stay here again for sure

Staff is excellent, rooms are clean & comfortable, area is sketchy but within walking distance of everything. Staff makes this hotel & reasonable price often. Stay here frequently because of those two positives.

Nice clean room! Huge parking lot available & smoke shop right across the street open late. Staff were friendly and security 24/7. Also need a room key to come in after a certain time!

I’m not willing to pay you for YOUR mistakes!!!! I was charged of $125 for what I don’t did. I got room 855 with burn wall paper…. So they made decision to change for this again! How many TIMES you charged for this burn??? How many people??? It’s your problem that this issue not registered in your electronic system! So how many times you took deposit from room 855 for that wall paper burn???

This place is in a great location was clean and great service I do recommend this

No Resort Fees, free parking structure across the street; downtown location near the Truckee river. Best deal in Reno

The facility was just right for what we needed. It was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was blighted due to the closure of Harahs and other business establishments. There were some undesirables hanging around the hotel but tolerable. Good Vietnamese and Thai restaurant nearby. Inside the hotel, I felt safe. The front desk folks were very courteous but did not have a lot of knowledge as to where to go or where to eat. Overall, I would rate my stay a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Parking was crazy but hotel was clean and service was great.

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, everything in the room worked perfectly and it was in a great location! Would definitely stay here again. We also needed to change our date last minute and they were willing to help us out.
