Excellent location, Staff very helpful and kind, rooms very spacious and clean, has all amenities. Will definitely revisit if in Rethymno again well worth the the money

This hotel exceeded expectations on every level, after so many hotels to choose from in Rethymnon we 100% made the right choice. Located in a quieter area, one road back from the seafront, 4-minute walk to the beach. Our room, a studio was huge with lots of natural daylight, also a balcony on three sides. Kitchen area, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, the air con kept the room nice and cool. Separate shower cubicle with modern powerful shower, separate toilet, along with double wash basins. Open plan airy reception/lobby which lead out to the pool, plenty of sunbeds and space, pool temperature very pleasant. The pool does close at 6pm which we found too early after returning from a couple of very hot days sightseeing trips and would like to have cooled off. Lovely spa pool on the lower level including sauna, at no additional charge. Buffet breakfast served a good selection of hot and cold food. Standard hot drinks although I didn’t notice any de-café coffee. Evening meals were varied and tasty, different cuisine theme each evening, excellent value. Evening entertainment most nights. The hotel has its own section of sunbeds on the beach which were free of charge, you need to bring down your hotel towel and show your card. The service we received from all members of staff was superb. The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was cleaned and made up to the highest standard – thank you :) I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for numerous reasons, you will not be disappointed.

My room was very far from the restaurant even though I asked for something close to the restaurant and pool cause of the issue with my feet. Terrible view from the balcony. Very monotonous food. I twisted my ankle and I asked for help with my luggage. I didn’t receive the help with luggage. The service only wanted to make sure if tourist tax which for 10 days is 70 euros is paid. Very small swimming pool and it definitely doesn’t look like on the pictures. Room ha not been cleaning. Only bed was changed. It’s max 3 stars hotel and you pay for 4*

Room to the pool side is great! Staff is very friendly. Kitchen has good cooks cause food was so tasty. Breakfast possible for early trips/check outs. Quiet location in a walking distance to downtown and beach. We enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again if we need room in Rethymon.

We stayed as a family of four for one week. The hotel really exceeded our expectations in every respect. We had a one bed apartment which was modern and very clean and comfortable. The service from all staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the hotel bar is a nice area to sit Ana enjoy a drink and snack at any time of day. Our children loved swimming in the pool which looks really pretty at night when it is lit up. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and old town of Rethymno which is a great location. We hired a car and were able to park on the surrounding streets easily. Thank you bio suites for a great stay

Went for a pre-season vacation. Lucky to find this nice hotel, near the beach whitout being in first row. Walk distance from the cozy town-center. Very nice and friendly staff and a clean and nice pool.

The Bio Suites is a great hotel, situated a 4 minute walk from the sandy beach and an easy 20 minute stroll along the beach road promenade to the old town of Rethymon, which is a must to get lost in and enjoy. If we were to return to Crete we would stay here again. The hotel looks clean and welcomng from the outside and this continues throughout. The multilingual reception team were courteous, very helpful and available 24/7. The room we stayed in had comortable twin beds, TV, fridge, kettle, airconditioning, ample storage space, balcony (ours overlooked the street but others do overlook the swimming pool area) and a great shower. Daily housekeeping available, which you controlled via request buttons by the door, or a 'Do Not Disturb' DND option. The food is buffet style and catered for all international tastes, was excellent quality, lots of choice and the lunch / dinner selections changed daily. If you were not on a package, the breakfast cost just Euro 8, lunch Euro 10 and dinner Euro 12 - this is really good value given what was available to eat. The restaurant staff were very attentive, cleared up used plates and cutlery quickly and we never had to wait to be seated. Good selection of wines to buy. The swiming pool area was well spaced out so you were not sitting right next to other guests, the pool was a good size, protected from the wind given it is surrounded by other buildings. The hotel is one block back from the beach road and the Bio Suites have their own area on the beach for their guests, who can pay Euro 9 for two sunbeds and a parasol. The beach is expansive, the sea was warm and the area was ideal for children. Numerous showers available to wash the feet off when leaving and with boardwalks to use as the sand did get hot. Transfer to Heraklion airport was 1.5 hours along the coastal road so not too onerous. There are lots of restauarnts, bars, cafes, ice cream & tourist shops and supermarkets in the close vicinity. Summary - really pleased we stayed here and happy to return - both the Bio Suites and Rethymon are a great place for a holiday.

Again we had an excellent stay, good food, lovely staff. The hotel is clean and cosy and a 15 m8nute walk from the old town of Rethymnon with good bars and restaurants and nice shopping area. The hotel has a private beach with a good beachmenu and very nice beachboys. I would recommend the hotel and the city of Rethymnon.

Absolutely wonderful time! The swimming pool is big and warm and the children’s pool was just perfect for my 3. The hotel is immaculate in all areas and the cleaner didn’t stop. I would never usually buy food at a hotel restaurant but we ended up having lunch here 3 times. Delicious, really reasonable (cheapest prices I saw all week) and generous portions. My children really enjoyed the magician and he involved all the children in his show. The staff are just the best. The waiting staff couldn’t do enough, recognised us daily and warm and friendly towards us all. The staff on check in always waved and said hello. Cannot wait to come and stay here!
