Awful place if you want sleep. If you’re 20 and wanting a place to party until the wee hours this is your hotel. If you want any sleep before that, stay elsewhere! Walls are paper thin and long hallways are very loud. Staff, when there, was friendly and room was clean. Overall ratings on this hotel are deceptive. I will never stay here again due to noise and clientele.

The property is central to the shops, restos and pubs in Revelstoke. For those without a vehicle, the ski bus stops right at the hotel. For those who are driving, there is ample parking.
We were awakened at 3am by a drunk guest who didn't have a key to get into his room. He kept pounding on his room door until my partner got up and told him to cease. He meandered off... to we-dont-know-where. The hallway floors creak and the walls are poorly insulated, so bring ear plugs!

There was so much noise through the walls, the room next to us was super loud and staff didnt do much if anything. Slept poorly every night.

The Grizz was very central, clean and comfortable. The guests were younger and a tad more vibrant than us, therefore noisy later than our bed time. We were not bother though.

Thur night - even the second floor gets the boom boom bass noise from the bar till 1:45 am. Other than that all good.

Our windshield cracked and we ended up having to spend a few days in Revelstoke in order to get it repaired. We stayed at The Grizz Hotel and loved it! The staff were amazing and very accommodating as we kept having to extend our stay. You're right downtown and walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Our room was warm (it was cold out) and cozy. We will definitely stay here again!

Your stay at the Grizz Hotel may seem like a Value, but I would NEVER stay in a Ground Floor Unit ever again.
The floor joists, and cedar rafters will speak to You in a squeeky language You never thought possible, and never stops. There is a disclaimer in regards to this, but never did We ever imagine that it could be so intensely loud. Absolutely, DO NOT subject Yourself to a main floor unit, unless You want the Melody of basketball court sounds, and raging Ski boots.
